Great place, really organized, there are brands for all budgets, I was looking for pants / jeans and I found them very beautiful and especially cheap. Their loyalty program is excellent, with the app instead of the physical card. I forgot a personal bag in one of the dressing rooms, calling me they found it and I could retrieve it the next day. Thank you!

It is a classic department store with a good perfumery and leather goods department. The clothing has also prestigious brands but the items are perhaps too classic. The houseware and furnishing accessories on the top two floors are excellent.

Too many orders sometimes persistent but at least when you are looking for one you can be sure of finding it. The only drawback ... they don't have a bar and the only bathroom I know is unisex, very small and on the -1 floor.

Compared to Coin di piazza 5 giorni it is less wide and provided. However, there are sections of clothing for men, women and children with good quality clothes at an affordable price. There is also a section of perfumery with branded products.

The only loyalty moment happens in the cashier, just to deliver their card at a cost of 1 ... over 50 year old tired staff who drag on and who can barely support you.
I witnessed in Vercelli, scenes of poor elderly people who were treated as morons, with rude and hysterical tones.
What a shame!
