Greentree mall/Macerich Reviews

Very small mall with few stores. There's a lot of unused retail space. This mall has one book store (Books-a-Million) a Bath and Body Works, a jewelry store, a Claires, a Best Buy Mobile, a Hot Topic, two or three shoe stores, a typical (but small) assortment of women's clothing stores, a Victoria's Secret, a nail salon, a Texas Roadhouse, JC Penny, Dillards, an ever withering Sears, a few kiosks, and that's about it. Store turnover is fairly high, so if you're reading this more than a few months after I wrote it there's a decent chance my store list is incorrect.

The mall is clean, rarely crowded, well lit, and parking is decent. There's a little play area and a few paid attractions for kids. There isn't a food court, but there's the aforementioned Texas Roadhouse, a cookie kiosk, and I don't remember if the Chinese restaurant is still operating or not.

My listing above isn't intended to be taken as a complete store listing. I'm just trying to give you an idea of what you will find there.

Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Best steak around here

I have always loved shopping here, but the internet appears to be damaging store volumes.

Looking a little old a run down. Glad there is a new mall being built in Jeffersonville. We need one really bad

The big stores are mostly leaving, but you can still find a lot of nice things at a decent price.

Easy, good security. Pleasant, low key. No pressure.

There are many smaller shops, as well as department stores

Just a shell of what it once was. Limited selection of interesting shops to visit. Management has gotten a bad reputation for raising rent to force businesses out that they don't like

Pretty small for a mall but cool stores to go to. Bath and body works is awesome! Clean. Great place to walk around. Pretty quiet.

Over all it's a good mall. Like everywhere in America the stores inside have to raise there prices to stay open due to online shopping

It's a small mall that has all the stores needed for me to be able to run in and get what I'm looking for and back out without having to walk for miles from one store to the next. And it's close to all the restaurants.

A safe Mall. JCPenney and Texas Roadhouse are the originals. Sears left. My wife and daughter like the many clothing stores, Bath and Body and Hot Topic. Short on food. I go for the bookstore and the very first Texas Roadhouse ever!

Nice anchor stores, safety patrol for parking lot, convenient location

Its a sad shell of what this mall used to be. There are a lot of unused store fronts.

The mall has such a large variety that its hard not to find what u r looking

The Green Tree Mall in all of the stores around it are slowly closing like Sears and some others and I believe most of it comes from being able to shop online Amazon. Before all of it started closing down it seemed to be nice and relaxing and I enjoyed going there

Took some time of, had lunch and a brisk walk around the Mall.

Has great stores that arent found really anywhere else around town.

Great places with many stores to buy form an its fun to walk around just to enjoy the atmosphere people are always friendy there many shops to choose from like getting books at books a million clothes shops to get something to eat like chiness or mexican an the price there are great an food taste great

I love coming here to browse. It is a good environment for a family outing or a date. I love the variety in stores and food. Always well maintained and clean. They have some of the best "mall" chinease food places around.

It is nice as far as malls go, clean and friendly atmosphere.

Small mall with decent shops good for local shoppers and a place to kill some time.

Needs a wider variety of stores, but dont let that stop you from going.

Variety of stores not a whole lot of munchie foods as there used to be.

It's a great mall. Never met an unkind person who works there. And there are normally no people who chase us down trying to get us to take a sample.
