Getting crowded .......I think it's better to go to Livermore mall with more choice and less crowd

Factory outlet mall, well connected to 880, 680, 237, 101.

Good place for shopping and spend weekend. Nice places to eat, good connectivity from all places and good public transportation from the place.

In front of a very large variety. Large selection of brands that also include excess departments. Large and convenient parking

Budget outlet mall. Not a great destination if you ask me. There are better malls in the area.

The Mongolian at the food court is the place to be.

Too big with no management of path.. shops placed randomly here and there. Parking is a mess

Maybe this outlet mall is convenient when it is raining because it is inside, but other than that, I would go somewhere else. The outlets in Livermore are much better. All outlets are crowded, but Great Mall was so crowded it felt uncomfortable and unsafe being crammed into one place like that. At least at the Livermore outlets, it is open. Security also seems much more present at the Livermore Outlets. If you really don't care about these things and just want to go to an outlet mall, Great Mall does have a lot of stores and a pretty good food court.

All the other malls are closing shop but this place is still going strong after all these years. They're definitely doing something right..

The mall is very nice but the food area is lousy the atmosphere especially at night since the cleaning staff do not allow the tables to be used because they start to put the chairs on the tables very soon.
That creates an unpleasant environment.

Sufer fun. Very nice shops with very nice prices. Also the cinema is preety good

The great mall is the mall with mostly outlet and inexpensive stores. You can always find a bargain here and recently bed bath and beyond moved in along with a Victoria's Secret

Best place for a family. Biggest mall I seen yet. Everything's inside the mall.

Went to Dave and Buster's and was really fun the went to red Robin and was delicious

Bathrooms are disgusting. Not even a Apple, Microsoft, or Lego store! Many people call this "Not-so Great Mall" now.

Madness at a mall in it's finest. Hard to find parking and people are very rude.

Very busy on the weekends, opt to head out shopping during the day time in a week day if possible.

The Great Mall has a lot of branded stores and food courts with big car parking. EV motorists have priority parking. Carries a MEN and FEMALE only Macy's. Best navigated with Google maps as it's not well sign posted inside. It should have sign posts to speed up the shopping trip.

Very big mall great stores and business establishment

Tried to stop by but the mall blocked almost all exits for incoming traffic? I can see empty parking spots from the rode but after trying three exits I had to just leave. No outgoing traffic could leave because of the backed up incoming traffic that was being blocked from entering. Questionable strategy for preventing traffic...

Wide variety of articles at very attractive prices. Take a long time if you want to visit all the stores.

Do not ever go here during Christmas. The parking was hell.. it was grid lock . I drove in trying to find a way to get out . We got stuck in the mrss for 1.5 hours. Uggg . Never again .

HUGE mall. Has only one floor, but enough to tire you down.

Yet another Mega Mall. Plenty of parking and a plethora of stores to choose from.

Nike, Van heusen, and Oakley, my favorite pleases, Red Robin is good for hot wings and nachos.

Lots of factory stores and good discounts. When my friends come visiting from China, I like to take them here.

It is gathered together (although it is big, though it is big), and the movement of the store is saved because it is an indoor type facility that does not walk outdoors.

They have good deals and had nice selection of brands. Staffs has a pleasing personality and was easy to approach. Prices was reasonable and every visit was always worth it.

Super good I love that it has many stores and you can buy wherever you want and super offers.

The brand is poor, the price is not very favorable, and the restaurant food is not delicious. The environment is comfortable.

Good place for movies, eats, and outlet style shopping. Parking can be an issue and this mix of outlet and regular retail can be confusing.
