Establishment whose fame is well established. Staff very pleasant, welcoming, very professional, there is a friendly atmosphere and you feel quickly comfortable despite it is a care site. Space nice rest, well arranged, herbal teas, coffee and others in free access are a plus.

Always a happiness these spa treatments at La Bourboule! I come out in top form!

I took a full massage, one of the masseuses totally ineffective, the other for my friend very well. It is scandalous to pay 60 euros and to have a masseuse who at times does not mass.

Greatness and decadence .... it's sad to see a city with a glorious past die slowly in my opinion.

Nice staff, on the other hand open space to all. Like a large walkway, you come across tourists who "visit" while you are in cure and bathrobe. No private space for curites so ...

The problem in these baths is the number of free riders, who go through places either for the staff, or for another service, for the sole purpose of going before other patients, for care or to access the cloakroom. Yet there is a simple solution to remedy this concern?

I carried out a cure from 08/10/2020 to 08/29/2020 I find that the entry time system is very appreciable because there is no queue for the various treatments. I hope this system will be preserved for years to come. I also wanted to thank the staff for their sympathy and kindness and who always have a smile which is very appreciable. I highly recommend this place if you have a respiratory treatment to follow. Thank you again to all the staff. The organization for health measures was perfect with signage on the ground and the one-way traffic that prevented curists from crossing each other was really good to think - We should keep this operating mode covid or not covid

We used to go to Choussy by habit. We discovered the big baths this year, Choussy having closed.

Congratulations to you too to remember your little patients each time and to remember the family ties between the children. My guys felt comfortable and enjoyed their care, which was not won. Bravo!

On the other hand, I absolutely did not appreciate the way of talking and how to consider the people of the young woman in purple showers from the top in front of the fog (brown it seems to me, large and fine build). She was odious and free. After putting information in talking with other patients, I learned that we were not the only ones, far from it. Many people like us have preferred to take showers and baths down the stairs and not upstairs so as not to see it and have a nice quality of care. Left to clog the bottom. Including a little girl who had been shocked to be so badly spoken. I told the manager who told me to talk to her about it, but later learned that she continued to talk odiously to people. Who is she ? What allows him to be able to address people like this? What is her place? Respect for others is not just for dogs ...

Another little thing. New sinks for spraying. A horror for the little ones. To be preferred for children of large sizes. But the kids really hurt on the edge and it's way too far for them.

Otherwise, nothing to say about the quality of care, hygiene and respect for the patient.

Venus for a duet performance at the wellness area. Affusion shower and relaxing massage. The benefits, for lack of time, had to be reversed, too bad. On the other hand, very welcoming staff and divine massage!

Very welcome and supervision for the cures that we made to our children of 2 and 4 years in April 2018!
New cures this year 2019. A tip if you come with children: wait for the end of the work (which takes place on the Children's side). It was so much better last year! We unfortunately discovered it when we arrived and we would have liked to know it so we share this info.

3rd cure at La Bourboule for my part, and always so pleasant. I would like to take my hat off to the Doctors and Thermal Personnel for having readjusted everything for the health situation of COVID19. Check-in and check-out, one-way circuit with no return, disinfection of each treatment station after each patient, everything has been done to ensure that the treatments are carried out serenely and in complete safety.

Thermal baths offering a wide variety of treatments from the thermal spring Choussy Perriere, a lovely staff, a balneo relaxation area certainly modest but very well thought out.

A great time spent there I would return with great pleasure.

I very rarely leave opinions. But I went during my February vacation to terms for a hot stone massage. And I spent 1 hour really incredible. Camille there masseuse that I had is a person so passionate and who loves his job it feels. Being a dancer this massage was a very beautiful moment. Camille put me at ease and to relieve my body and to recharge my energy.
In short if you want to spend more time a moment of massage. Ask Camille you will see she has magic and above all passionate hands. Well done

We went to do a treatment yesterday. It was great and effective because I am pregnant with 6mpis and I have sciatica and thanks to this treatment its a lot of relief thanks to you

Very good place to perform treatment according to pathologies and for rest

Environment totally unsuitable for children: cold, metallic, lack of space in the treatment rooms (the devices are very numerous, side by side, with just enough space for one person).
Children queued in the same way as adults, then do their treatment between 2 adults ... not always reassuring for a little bit of cabbage.
Accompanying parents are not entitled to a seat during treatment and must stay behind their child (carrying instruments, towels and bathrobes). No chair, and no space for parents. Too bad, it would be great for children (and parents!).
Outside of this chilling atmosphere, very nice staff although very busy. Beautiful building and lobby, very clean.

SCAM! Too expensive for what is offered. Big communication problems between the reception and the staff. Visible tensions in front of customers. Defective equipment (sensory bed) but we continue to charge the customer! Of course no refund! Huge disappointment

Very effective treatment, which in 3 years completely cured my son when he was younger of his recurrent ENT ailments. Competent staff.

The welcome is less and less cheerful every year, it's a shame because with such a young clientele, we expect more human warmth.
