I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first one in 2015 (the room is big) the second one just in December 2017 yesterday had a small room. Standard 3 star hotel facilities. Hotels are quite old huh .. Breakfast tastes standard.

Yesterday the seminar was here, the food was pretty good ... but for the floor plan ... the access between the hall was very uncomfortable ... there was a hall that was not cold enough. For the presentation also the screen that was prepared was inadequate because the people behind could not see clearly ... overall only in terms of food that was quite good while the parking lot and the hall still needed repairs ...

We were here because of massive power outage that hits our neighborhood since yesterday. I booked the room through online travel agent and we (my wife and I) arrived at 8 pm yesterday. At front the view was unassuming; a posh hotel with a grand piano at the lobby. Our check-in was quick and we got a room at 26th floor. Arriving at the room, I found that our room was nicely kept and the amenities were complete (aside of shower cap). We went through a nice and sound sleep last night, however our note is that the air conditioner was a little bit too loud and cannot keep the temperature at our wish. 85/100 in my opinion.

Info to guests when checking in that the parking ticket must be stamped first at the reception. The security guard is ignorant

I'm better at starlet or reddorz hotels that cost 200-300 than here. I was given a bad room, the walls had cracks and the floor / tiles were chipped really really disappointing. I'm just telling you, please don't use the soap too economically. Yes, the small round soap bars are given a magnificent building, but the facilities are large and the wifi is slow.

The initial was a little hesitant after seeing the visitor's comments, but after coming here Alhamdulillah was quite comparable with the price there were 2 rooms for 3 people there was a balcony too but the lights were off the bathroom won a bit dirty, and the walls were dull maybe because I thought it was enough comparatively, the ac that is already old is not too cold, it's just strange to boil no water even though tea and coffee are provided, and additionally the basement is quiet big but really horror, it also has a mall but it turns out it's closed so badly

I hope more for a 4 star hotel ... But for the price it is very friendly ... The location is also on the serpong toll road ...

Finally I find this hotel better than before. The staffs give quick response for every needs. The food was great. They give us surprise by giving mie ayam bakso for free.

For elevators it might need to be added because the existing elevators are less numerous and less extensive, especially if there are official activities such as coordination meetings etc. very much need an elevator for the mobility of the activity participants ..
