Grand Serpong Hotel Review

The restaurant is quite luxurious, but unfortunately the corridors in the rooms are poorly maintained, seem hot and dusty.

A conveniently located hotel in North Serpong. The building has seen better days, there are some wear and tear on the walls and carpets, but overall rooms are clean. And the price was quite good.

Bathroom : 4/5 the water pressure was good and the HOT shower reeeally satisfying. This is a pet peeve, tepid warm water and weak shower pressure will spoil any hotel stay. Nothing beats relaxing stay at a hotel after long tiring journeys than hot shower with good water pressure. Very satisfied here!

Parking : 3/5 free parking. unclear parking locations. The parking space is a bit unkempt and spooky.

Service : 4/5 service was ways warm and friendly, really good.

Breakfast : 4/5 The buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choices and mostly delicious. The staff at breakfast also quite friendly and helpful.

Rooms : 3/5 clean. The family and Deluxe rooms are quite large and spacious.

WiFi : 3/5 all rooms had wifi, signal was a bit low in mine but once connected it's OK. Speed was about 2Mbps in my case. Not bad.

The room is not in a good condition, need renovation.

4-star hotel in Tangerang with 2 towers, comfortable

Restaurants and bfast menus are good and kind of stuff. Only the placement of air conditioners in the room that leads to the place makes a cold.

Old buildings that are acquired with horizons. Bad pool needs renovation

Just an ordinary hotel. My room is in an odd shape, the AC is right on the bed, so the bed is freezing cold, if the AC is turned off hot ... Like the design needs to be fixed

The rooms are comfortable, clean, the service is okay, the location is also very strategic. When you have assignments to Tangerang, you will stay here again.

Strategic place, good for meetings, birthdays, cheap food

Small room, many bugs and no hot water for bath, only warm. No air conditioner along the Corridor to the room. Breakfast had many various food and quite delicious.

When I got the seminar here, I got a ballroom that had an inappropriate bathroom. the place on the P floor is the basement. I thought because at the hotel I would get good and thanksgiving rice, but I was served with an unpleasant menu and not much portion.

The room is not clean. The model is still ancient. The key in the form of a card is damaged, so you have to use the manual key. Maybe the other room types are better, but for a 4-star hotel, it's still under the same class.

If the hot water does not choke, the air conditioner can be adjusted, it must be 5 stars. The view through the window from the 25th floor is great.

The 4 star hotel is quite good, unfortunately the building seems old and outdated, the rooms are quite clean, the view is decent, the break fast is pretty (the menu is quite varied), the swimming pool is pretty good but the pool is dirty, the service is quite good, some other drawbacks ie the kmr shower hex fan dies, the toilet flusher doesn't work ...

Comfortable enough to rest. The mattress is soft and clean. Cold air conditioner. The bathroom is clean and there is hot water too. However, there are some parts of the wall that are affected by water seepage.

The hotel is big, but there is a lack of care and attention from the hotel management ..

Comfortable hotel to live in, the room feels old not used and lacks ventilation. Clean but stuffy. So it is rather uncomfortable to live in. The location of the hotel is actually strategic because it is close to the toll gate. But access to the hotel was closed by buildings so it was confusing for those who first entered the hotel. The elevator also seems to need maintenance.

Recommendations for those who want to stay comfortably

The meet room is standard. A little musty smell because the roof is low, maybe. Blom tried to eat here

Top service. There are only obstacles in the elevator that are still being repaired and the capacity is not big enough, if there are crowded visitors, they will continue and wait long. Alternative lifts and emergency stairs to function. The staff is very friendly.

Look like an abandoned place around the parking building. No clear traffic signage inside the site. Only 1 entrance & exit accesible when I visited

Actually, the booking was booked at this hotel, this was the review: the hotel seemed to be old, visible from the parking lot and the elevator. for the condition of the room, it is quite neat and clean. well for breakfast, food is varied, but it doesn't taste good.

The view from outside our room .... the room is spacious ... the door is a little smoky, hmmm ... hmmm ... but I'm satisfied ... it's noisy but it's OK. Good view at night .. ... my husband likes to spend the night in this hotel

The motorcycle parking lot is scary and far from the lobby. The room is quite nice but the toilet not for my liking. Food tastes so so.
