Decent for being the only water park within an hour drive of Hattiesburg. Needs more parking and definitely don't like that for such a small park you cannot bring in your own food or drinks.

Friendly staff and easy layout allowed my 2 and 4 yr olds to play on splash pad while my 8 yr old could ride most slides. Small kids have age appropriate splash pad and slides and plenty of staff and life guards. Prices reasonable.

This place was so much fun! Very affordable and my daughter loved it. There is a huge amount that a small toddler can do and still have a BLAST! Most places seem to focus more on adults and older children and the babies and toddlers don't have much. This place was very well rounded with what they had to offer.

Place is horrible. food is to expensive, lazy river is way to packed and random floaties in, hard for people to move. worst of all, my daughter got stuck on the waterslide, the red and white toilet bowl one, stuck for hours, couldn't move, no help. she isn't big either, water stopped.

Its a great place to enjoy and relax let the little one's run around and have fun.. Wasn't extremely crowded that u bump into people, the prices were a little to much for an hour they could of lower the prices due that it was a Hoilday. But the important part is my kids couldn't tell the difference in this park other than Geyser Falls and they loved it.. Amazing have to come often

It's okay...I do not appreciate the 4% charges for everytime you use your debit/credit card. When I say everytime I mean, every single transaction. So bring cash. Don't eat the soft serve ice-cream. It is $3.00 a cone and you get very little ice-cream and it tastes as if it is watered downed milk. You can't wear water shoes at all. They make you take them off and the bottom of the pool area is like sandpaper and after walking on the concrete for a little while in and out of the water, your feet start hurting. And the concrete does get hot after a while with the sun shinning.
The perks are it is small waterpark, so if you have younger kids who are not wanting to slide and an older one wanting to ride all the slides, it is small enough that you can let the older one just go for it and your younger child play in the lazy river or the kiddy pool area. There are lifeguards every where. The are very watchful and do a great job.

So fun! The lifeguards are everywhere, so it's safe! The food's also good. And its clean, my only complaint is the steps, you have to walk 4 flights of steps to get to the mat racing at the top, and the concrete is rough and burning hot. 5 stars!

This "park" seems more like an over-priced splash pad that lacks consistent maintenance/cleaning and the staff has proven time and time again to be unkind, unaccommodating, and uninformed.
With significant rainfall expected in counties surrounding Collins, two people within my group of 10 as well as I made several telephone calls to this location before making a 70mi journey. We were all assured each time that the park was open and would remain open provided that lightening and thunder did not impose on safety regulations for a solid sixty minutes or more. We made the trip. Less than twenty minutes after our last call we arrived at grand paradise only to find that the people who had already entered were being forced out. My group, along with several other vehicles full of potential park guests, were told that due to heavy thunder and lightning the park was being closed for the last two hours of the business day; however, we all could clearly see the clear skies over us. I attempted to call in and speak with any person in charge to ask why we were not being allowed into the park. I was dryly told that the decision to shut it down had been made fifteen minutes before my call and because it was still thundering (it wasn't) they evacuated everyone. I explained my dissatisfaction with whoever we had spoken to several times before telling us repeatedly that the park was not going to close only to watch the staff direct customers out once we pulled into the parking lot. I was told something along the lines of 'we should have watched the weather radar' ourselves. Nah brah.. being aware of weather changes has got to be someone's responsibility on that staff.

I'm not even sure why I spent time describing yet another customer relations fail by the notoriously rude and lazy people who work here... What a waste.

The place is horrible.... When u first make it to the park before u even pay, u see 18 negative signs letting u know ur not WELCOME! There isnt 1 thanks for coming ,or family oriented signs no were around. It is not a very family place we will not be going back ever! I do not recommend this place at all! On top of all that the entire staff wete rude and had attitudes ! Screaming and blowing whistle s at kids JUST BEING KIDS! Like I said not a ver family oriented place to go.....

I went yesterday. It was small, but fun. Not bad. I spent 5 & 1/2 hours there.

- I hope you like climbing stairs with an inner-tube and waiting.

- Plenty of inner-tubes (for one or two people), life-jackets, and lifeguards available.

- 1 lazy river. Nice, but can get crowded with people and abandoned inner-tubes.

- 1 vertical water jet area (whatever you call it) for kids.

- 6 big slides (2 or 3 of which are for 4-foot tall and up).
----- An orange and yellow one that you go down using a mat with handles on it. The line for that was very short, because it's actually 4 slides.
----- A magenta one that requires an inner-tube. Slow and okay for kids.
----- A big red and white one that requires an inner-tube. The one with the big bowl thing. The best slide at the park, in my opinion.
----- A blue one. I think it was the dark one that's dimly illuminated. Probably the worst slide, in my opinion, because I like to see.
----- A white and green one with a good drop. Pretty fun.
----- A light blue one with a single loop. Pretty basic.

- 5-or-so little slides for kids - all leading to the 2 swimming pools.

- 2 swimming pools. Both are shallow enough that I could stand up in them. One pool was very nice, and the other one that has the pirate fort thing in the middle was not as nice, but probably still fun for a kid. It seemed over chlorinated - almost gooey.

- The food was okay, but a little expensive, as expected. They have the usual things like pizza, nachos, chicken strips, BBQ sandwich, corn-dogs, soda, icee, etc. Nothing healthy, of course.

- 1 gift shop. I didn't really look around it, so I have no opinion about it.

MISC. CONS:
- Very hot ground. Felt like a burned the bottom of my feet. I would recommend bringing water shoes, except they make you take them off to go down most of the slides.
- No wave pool.
- Lockers are $5, but kind of small.
- Food was smaller than expected.
- There were some unkept trees hanging into the walkway and some dangerous, slippery spots, but only 2 in particular that I remember.
- Scraped my back and elbows at least 3 times on the slides. Got pretty bad red marks where my spine and shoulder-blades are. #skinnypeopleproblems

CONCLUSION:
I don't regret going. It was fun (mostly thanks to the two multicolored slides). But I do recommend waiting for a deal (like $20 or less or an Early Season Pass), so it'll be more worth your money. Don't forget sunscreen.

Love it

First time to visit. We had a lot of fun. My only concern is The Park has a Smoking Area inside the park.. Smoking cigarettes is harmful to everyone..second hand smoke ..the ashes .. the nastiness of it all.. not to mention smoking can kill..but yet your not allowed to bring inside the park bottled water and or snacks of any kind.. last I checked food and water keeps you alive...
Makes No Sense to say
YeS to Smoking [FIRE] in the WATER park &
NO to Water [water] in the WATERpark

I don t feel it s appropriate for a worker to physically pick my 3 year old child up to move him cause he cut in line. It s kids and it s not that big of a deal and you could try to tell him first. He s THREE.

Overall nice park. We arrived early on a Saturday, prior to opening and there was a line already forming. The line moved fairly quickly, we had some issues getting in the building because there is no ramp and we had a double stroller. Staff said there was no other entrance, so we had to get the stroller up some stairs. We rented a cabana and I highly recommend this if you are going to spend the day! No outside food or drinks are allowed in but they have a fairly good selection of items at their concession stand and the prices aren't too bad. The park really seemed to fill up around mid day, the crowd seemed to thin out again around 4.

Its a great place, it's on the verge of being small. The layout in great. It could become crowded quickly. This Saturday, it was a small crowd. Most likely because of covid-19. Just have to see to believe.

This was a great place to hang out for a few hours, but I feel it's more of a kid zone. The only thing adults can partake in is the water slides. Which was fun, but after you've rode all of them the thrill is gone. Not much left to do but tan in the sun. Another down side of this park is they seem to be all about money. They don't offer free water, you can't bring your own water in, nor did I see a water fountain at the water park. So that leaves people who are less fortunate thirsty and dissatisfied. I was in the smoking area and a few people were having a conversation about this subject, so I decided to write a review about it. All are welcome the rich and poor, but all are not taken care of. However, it's a nice place to hang for a few hours with the kids, and it's awesome they have lifeguards.

Its a small local water park. 6 slides for those over 48"( includes a mat racer). Kids over 42 but under 48 can ride with an adult on 2, and the mat racer alone. 3 play areas, water fort, toddler slpash pad, and a "pool" area that has water slides for toddlers. Kinda expensive for its size, but not a deal breaker. Bring cash or be prepared to be charged for every swipe. Locker and cabana rentals available. Cabana prices very, lockers are 5$+ a 5$ key deposit. Large menu and lunch combos run 7.5 - 9$

Grand paradise us a great place for family, friends and others. Don't even have to worry about covid-19. With the chlorine and other sanitary products in the park. It is very clean. Covid-19 will not live in a water park.
