The place to stay regarding the number of services and location is excellent. However, all the positive impression is leveled by the staff. Such an obvious lack of respect still needs to be sought.

Being expensive, still impresses with it's breakfast. Just stunning: salamis, several kinds of smoked or salted fish, artisan breads, butter, fruits, any and all of regular muffins, eggs, sausages, ham, waffles, cereals, porridge, jem, all kinds of drinks, with several kinds of tea and coffee....
Steam and water amenities are great for a hotel, disappointing for a spa...
Skin treatments are very good and pricey.
Staff was the best of the encountered in Ukraine so far, but fall short of the rest of the world. lacking even the Russia's level.
Premises outside the main building in disrepair. Although "repairs" are happening, spoiling views. Advertised fun frequently unavailable or subpar, EVERYTHING costs extra.

Ridiculous as it sounds, we are thinking of coming back because of lush breakfast and accessibility of saunas. Staying beyond a day or two seems boring...

Guard is wise with the experience of professionals who understand what, why and how it happens.

An excellent complex for all sorts of leisure: corporate parties, family vacations, just leisure.
The employees of the complex are very polite, attentive to visitors and competent in their area of responsibility.

Great place for a family holiday. There are swimming pools with Jacuzzi inside and outside. Huge territory, your park. In the SPA, you can visit different types of saunas: Roman, Finnish, aroma, hammam, etc. There is a tub with cold water, a bucket for pouring, ice. You can eat there too. There are various types of massages (from 700 UAH) and cosmetic procedures.

Such an expensive hotel, and the beds are made (in the sense of "filled") as in a roadside motel. Can you guys need help with this? Contact us. I will share the experience for free.

Excellent hotel resort, exceptionally high standard for Ukraine. Big rooms and especially the beds. Beautiful spa area, everything was clean and well maintained, bathrobes, towels, flip flop everything was there and every day new, very good coffee (cappuccino), restaurant Mozart very well maintained, the food is in quality and execution impeccable. Humidor available, exquisite Cuban cigars are available, in the spa area there is a separate area for smokers, it is also thought, beach chairs and umbrellas in sufficient numbers. Very child friendly, animation unobtrusive and creative, family friendly, the grounds are beautifully designed for the eye. The complex is completely fenced or wall, you feel very safe, plenty of parking available, access to the complex is monitored and around the corner is also a barracks, security is always guaranteed. Being wealthy is a safe place to stay. Staff is very friendly and endeavors, the quality of the resort also here no minus, room service impeccable. Great hotel complex! During quarantine, personnel walk in protective suits and masks. Also, disinfection is carried out every day - this is noticeable by smell. There are many paths for walking. So I advise everyone.

Hey, this is Grand Admiral and as any other Grand Admiral it has a face and an umm... rear side. While the face might be fascinating, the rear is normally not that (grand-)admiring. Of course, if you're spending money at the recreational facility, you absolutely must get what you're paying for. Nonetheless, if you just happen to live next door to the same facility and pay nothing for that besides what you paid for your new house, you still might deserve some comfort, right? It's just a simple thing called neighborliness. Not at Grand Admiral's rear's. They not just turned their rear side to literally anyone living around. They are pushing it into the neighbors faces trying to persuade it smells flowers and perfumes. Not at all!

Their backyard is full of smelly and disgusting trash one can smell 100 m away at his own backyard.

They play loud open air shows and shoot deafening fireworks when kids are long time asleep.

They do it all next to your door and then they dare to tell you they're in full law compliance. Yes, they are if this is being told by the corrupted local authorities, because all of them are paid upfront. No if you ask anyone living around, because these ppl have ears, noses and can smell and hear.

While enjoying your food or shows or late fireworks at Grand Admiral, you do have fun but also you're very likely contributed to making people's living much worse. They simply could not do this without YOU!

Great place to stay. With children and without. Cool spa, swimming pool, bath. One of the best places in Ukraine.

The service did not like: 1. I wanted to buy water for the child at the bar, the waiter turned around and left 2. I asked to bring an additional plate, the waiter forgot 3. I asked to bring coffee, the waiter forgot

They bring orders for a very long time, even a glass of compote for 70 UAH is carried by 30 minutes. Food is ordinary, prices are too high. Service does not match the prices of the complex. Of the benefits of a large, green area in the forest.

Super nice spa area! And we loved it so much that we rented a room here and in the evening went to the restaurant Mozart, directly above the spa food, to relax here again the next day. Especially the well heated outdoor pool pleased me with the dense snow cover in the background and the outside temperature of -10 degrees. In the summer we will go back!

Awful. Booked a hotel in advance. Checked in at 18 hours. The room is not cleaned. There are no employees in the building. Again at the reception. They have no maids. They promised 20 minutes. I have been waiting ... More than 20 minutes .... They clean ... Iron 1 for the whole hotel and again everything through the reception .... I am late for the meeting and no apologies, suggestions. Awful in one word.

Great place to relax for those who love swimming and spa. It is located in a nice forest, a lots of kids and teenagers entertainment.
Kids room is free from 10.00 - 16.00 afterwards 170 UAH/ hour

But Restaurant service was very slow 1 hour and more. (Weekend)

Institution of the highest level. Service, maintenance, safety at altitude. You can have a great rest as a family or a company, arrange a birthday or a wedding. Personally, we had a second corporate event there. Fishing, shooting, quad bikes, volleyball, relaxing by the pool and of course great restaurant food. Polite, cultural and sociable staff.

Beautiful complex. In the winter there is a great spa. In the summer, a great place to relax with children. There is a pool, a beautiful area. For children, a lot of fun.

Calm. Forest beauty. Birds singing. Pool and tasty food - all good :)

Wonderful place, great service, great breakfasts. I recommend to go to the spa and choose a massage. The pool is small but very nice and you can swim. Prices for services are high, but the service level. Recommend.

Great place to spend a weekend in such a cozy forest country complex.

Location, nature - all is well. The staff, however, appreciatively looks at visitors. Such a la 90th service.

Perfect place to relax. Big green territory with pine trees, pond with fish and possibility to ride a horse. Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful SPA with great specialists.

A classy leisure complex, everything is here. But it's all expensive)))

A pleasant place to spend a weekend or just have a good time in a pine forest with a good choice of spa treatments. Speaking about the SPA complex, I especially liked the Tyrolean and Finnish sauna, and the Caribbean Storm shower with music. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Everything is clean and in place. The only drawback is the prices on the menu and on additional services, like massage. Ordinary Ukrainians especially can not afford. And so everything is great :)!

The service is just awful. We know this place is not the first year. Service and the kitchen has always been on a 3-ku, but still went, maybe, close to the city.

Today, we come to a summer swimming pool. I have met such a terrible service ... and for that kind of money. Everything is sooo long, the staff skipitsya thoughtlessly and unorganized. Lunch waited 1.5 hours. Beer carried 40 minutes. Kalyazik waited 30 minutes, asked to call from 3 waiters. As a result, I came to say - no tobacco.

I liked the complex, were several times. But they really raised prices at the end of 2019 for a guest visit , by the standards of Ukraine and compared with competitors - expensive.

Great place to work and relax. Near Kiev, the complex is located in the pack zone. There is everything necessary for relaxation. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied and tasty. Here you can have lunch or dinner. The territory is very well-groomed, carefully cleaned, guarded. There are several conference rooms on site.

Excellent spa complex in the coniferous forest. Here you can relax your body and soul. The spa complex has 7 types of saunas, a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage. Clean, service, breakfast - all at 5+!

I liked the kitchen in restaurants, the rest does not match the price = quality. paid children's room, do not carry out activities declared on the site, terraces are not cleaned, breakfast is poor.

The kitchen is not very good, but there is a pool and a hookah.

Everything is OK, only by 11 pm everything stops. There is no hookah, the cafes are closing, the menu is night. And so, dearly rich, good!
