I had been for Quality Analyst interview 3 rounds been conducted IQ and EQ test then personality round and CEO final round . It was pathetic CEO round he just asked how many calls was I monitoring in previous organization said it depends on calls what we choose . And also informef depends on even prospect call too many follow up would be there . He wanted to tell average percentage time taken to give feedback and auditing calls . Informed same bec we will not know which call we choose and how long it goes each and every organization will have different format of working CEO got hyper he is not able to understand what I'm trying to say . And finally asked to sell a broken pen then informed he will call back . I came to know that not been selected and hr told she will call back . Hr manager also doesn't know how to talk she only try finding mistake from resume instead of telling procedure of company . Updating review is my experience which I have shared but after seeing my review HR manager I dont want to mention name called and asked why updated review like wise and started arguing with me . Just told hr that is my wish of sharing experience she no need to ask and disconnected line . This it self shows how good management is . Sharing good and bad experience is someone personal and also it helps other's before going in to an organization . I would appreciate hr to also call each n every customer who had shared there bad experience with there products and sort out issue .

Such a worst and useless Company i have ever seen till now...they give all fraud information to customers...and their products are totally bad it doesn't work also...i had worked their for a month and i had a worst experience in that company...the Manager , the Team Leader , and the HR is so unprofessional they don't know how to work and even dont know how to talk with people...and after selling the product and getting the money they don't response to the customers and they dont have a return policy...Customers are always complaining about their product but they dont response and they block their customers numbers...and half of their products don't work...And they dont give proper salaries to employes...and the environment is totally worst ...

The staffs are helpful in guiding us , Babitha ma'am who always kept us updated regarding syllabus, bookse and examination centre. Over-all food experience with the team.

Worst place to work..First they will tell that there is no target.(it's a sales company),but team manager will be shouting at employees if they don't get any customers.The employees has to spend all the time in calling customers.

Ordered a package for grade 5, USB drive isn't working since day one. I cannot even get in touch with the company since past 23 days. I've called almost every day and no one picks up customer care number (and surprizingly there is only one mobile number given on the literature/website. And no one replies to emails I've sent so far. It almost feels like I have lost my 2000 Rs in a scam!

I saw globalshiksha products and i ordered worksheets and animation videos to gift someone and it was really helpfull product.

I ordered videos from globalshiksha. I got delivery on time...but pendrive is not working and the person to whom I contacted to purchase this, also not responding....once they told technical team will contact.. but till now there is no response,and customer care number is always busy.... Very poor service.

Overall, I have come to believe that GLOBAlSHIKSHA is excellent. That said, there are 2 conditions to make it a valuable experience for my brother in Std. 6. First, the videos talk through each problem until he understands. Second, the appreciation he receives after every correct answer during the video feels like he is consistently rewarded for the correct answers. I believe you will find GlobalSiksha Animated videos actually really useful, ( hope you don't want to buy similar videos for 70k from other websites) . It has become a useful tool for learning. This is wrost company and no.1 fraud company in the whole world they just making fool of their employees and customer their are selling wrong products to customer and never solve the problem of customer they only charge money , and most part the manager and ceo ce company is very bad they promise to their employees about salary but at last they give just 1 /4 of amount only i dont have bad words to say about this company

I have been worked here almost more than 2 years and I really great full because i learned many things from here.

They are cheaters. Once you subscribe ,they will not cancel your subscription and will continue deducting money from your account. even if you keep mailing they wont respond.

Really worst experience. Don't go for interview in this co. , They are rude and not have common sense.
