Sensational. The service for people with reduced mobility is fantastic since the transfer disembarks. Even the apartment is adapted. I recommend

nice hotel, good quality a bit messy at the reception: booking for three, paid for three, room prepared for two: at one o'clock at night the third bed finally arrives!

5 star service from start to finish. Slightly out of where you need to be but cheap taxis outside the hotel will get you anywhere. Concierge Desk are brilliant booked everything we needed without any hassle

The price is responsible, they have a nice restaurant and amazing spa.

The bad part is, it's a bit far from downtown.

This is a very good hotel and its prices are about 20 minutes away from the Dubai Mall or the Dubai Mall but the street is walking without congestion

Tried a massage of the spa of Ghaya Grand Hotel. I ended up doing two-hour massage. It's one of the best massages I've tried. If I remember correctly the massage is a Balinese Massage. Like any other hotel, because you have a spa booking, you can use the hotel facilities like the pool and gym. The pool area is quite alright, if you like a bustling environment it was pretty packed that time considering it was mid-day during the weekday. The pool area is quite shaded so if you want to get some sun, the guys said there's an area with sunbeds (without a pool though) where the sun directly hits it. I didnt get to try to pool cause I wanted a quiet area next to the pool. I would recommend the massage service, if you like a bustling pool area yes, but if you want a quiet time it's a no.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We already knew Dubai from having been to the Fairmont there (World Trade Center) on a previous visit.
We were delighted with this stay at Ghaya. The hotel is a little out of the way from the city center, but there are always taxis, which are inexpensive. Count around thirty dirhams (7-8 euros) depending on where you want to go, more or less 20-25 km from the hotel. But it's convenient, air-conditioned, inexpensive.

Good points :
- The room is large, clean, good bedding. Housekeeping every day and quite well done. Cosmetics in the bathroom, which is nice, as well as bottles of water.
- Large pool, mostly in the shade. But still a part is in the sun for a few hours.
- Staff at the top, helpful, friendly.
- Complete gym, with a SPA corner with jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, etc (non-mixed SPA).
- Food at the Red Diamond very suitable. We ate well there. There is plenty to choose from.

Negative points :
- The "sweet" part of the breakfast. Poor quality breads and pastries (we are not in France, yet we have already eaten good bread in Dubai but elsewhere).
- The shuttles that take you to the various malls. That's good, but there's only one going there and by mall. And the hours don't necessarily correspond to what you want. Pity.
- The Fusion restaurant. We paid 50 dirhams more one evening. For fish lovers, there is a large buffet just for that. Then you have several stalls: Chinese, Indian, Italian. But we make you meals on demand, that's the difference with the Red Diamond. Because the salad bar and the dessert buffet are the same as in the restaurant opposite. For me, the 50 dirhams / person is not justified.
- Chinese customers. They think they can do anything, everywhere in the hotel, talk loudly, respect nothing. At breakfast, some did not hesitate to take the spoons from the yoghurt bowls and to taste directly with the spoon. Of course, put it back in the bowl, without taking any afterwards. Some would monopolize the pool to take pictures, no matter if you were nearby to relax. It was impossible given the uproar they were making. For us, one of the big black spots of our stay, and that's a shame.

Otherwise, we really appreciated this hotel, in line with those we expected. A big thank you to the hotel team for the little touches (decorations on our bed, cake for our honeymoon). Gestures greatly appreciated by my wife and myself.

Tatiana, Mia and guest relations staff showed a few rooms and the hotel amenities also. They're very knowledgeable, friendly and ready with answers. The Saturday brunch was awesome! Food was fresh, some prepared right in front of you. Friendly and helpful staff through the whole experience.

Really good location and good rooms , good services

Good place with lovely cooperative staff and fair price. The appartment was quite big with almost all the equipments that the one need if he want to spend long vacation with a big family. The breakfast Buffett was accepted with wide variety of items, but it always crowded. There is a mini market, pharmacy and car rental shop in the hotel which was so helpful. The spa and the swimming pool were average. The location of the hotel not encouraging because its far from Dubai downtown and the center of events so I consedered it the only negative factor except that every things is good.

It was a good stay friendly staff. Clean place and good price. The bathroom was a little bit small to the apartment we had. The bread, juice and French-fries were not fresh and not cheap. The hotel was not fully booked when we stayed. However when we cancelled our last night we got 0 Dhs refund.

Hotel with good services, rather well located; small snack on the ground floor of the hotel discovered in the middle of the stay EXCELLENT (especially if you are short of pizza and burger ), the products are fresh and well prepared. Very varied breakfast, ok but nothing more (pastries )
1st trip to Dubai, not disappointed

very good hotel everything is good only one problem its being far from city all other things are good maybe in next 5 years this place become center of city but now it's too far and there is something to go to dubai deira khalifa tower is salik payment gates which is each one cost you 5 aed it's in sheykh zayed highway if you have rent car each time you go to deira it will cost you 15 aed so you need to use other ways like alkhail street ou pay the salik

I have not visited actually but It is located behind our apartment. That's why we have some info and they are occasionally dropping the pamphlet to the doors.

We visited fusion restaurant, and quality of food, attitude of staff and environment was very nice. Would recommend visiting with friends or even with family. They have veg options also.

You have to rent a car because it is more than 30 minutes from the city center.

Absolutely poor handling of guest services for getting rooms. We got our room after 3+ hours staying in the lobby. We were there on courtesy of Emirates but I wish they had assigned us different hotel. This is probably worst case scenario for Emirates when airport hotels are full. Room service was another terrible experience, no towels in room and did not supplied when requested for it. I had to get beach towel from house keeping assistant in the lobby. Baathroom shower leaked, Room 634. What else could get worst? Well transportation to the airport was another leftover nail. Airport transportation was poor as number of people needed shuttle to airport exceeded number of seats in bus and they had no arrangement for it. After 45 mins minibus was arranged and people had to rush for airport gate to make it on time OR guess what face the same people again due to flight miss.

Top hotel! Luxurious rooms, very friendly staff. And the food in the hotel is also very good.

Perfect apartments hotel ( clean- friendly staff - reasonable price ) the only note is the location ( far from center of Dubai)

This is by no means a 5 star hotel. Any 3 star hotel in downtown Dubai is much much better. Lighting in the rooms is extremely bad and dim. Furniture is cheap and old. How this place is a 5 star hotel is beyond me.

The Wi-Fi network is disconnected when not in use, and if you return to the room, God comments that you are connecting again even though you enter the password is correct.
The hotel s location is far from the luxury malls. There is the Al-Mu aysam Mall in which Carrefour car is 3 minutes in the hotel. There is a very small pharmacy and grocery and a car rental shop. A large pool for adults and a children's pool. The bed is comfortable.

I sincerely loved this hotel. The service staff was great, extremely kind. He brought us a cake for my birthday and a cake for our departure. Not to mention their theme party at the restaurant "Fusion". However the bad point is the location but as we operate in uber this was not disturbing. Special thanks to Deputy Chief Ashly Janson. Very good hotel. Hugh and amazing room for the priced offered. 4 star amenities. Away from the main city so need to hail a taxi or have your own car to get around but has a mall close by. No alcohol though in any of their lounges.Overall a fabulous stay for work or for a weekend getaway.

Outside the hotel looked modern, I can not put more stars because from the first day I had some problems! such as: was in the room towels and robes bathrooms, I have used and I left after 2 days on the floor for me changed and the end did not clung and nor passed the cleaner in the room a hotel so when returning found sand desert last day even on the floor, I called the reception and left an official who told me not clean I do not see dirt and such. Well, okay, plus the bathroom had a broken shower holder fully and towels too! a bone Hotel 5.
I honestly expected more

Nice hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager himself tries to check out with the guests on their stay, which is very unique. The breakfast spread offered by the hotel is quite good. Rooms were good and quite spacious. The only thing is that the hotel is located quite far from the downtown. Overall, very good experience during my stay with the hotel.

Polite and helpful staff liked everything. I advise you to visit.

The place is clean and beautiful. I visited it twice for the first time at the feast and the second time. The staff faces are very rude and courteous, the room is clean, tidy and very elegant

I was always hesitated to try this hotel, and when I finally decided to try it I found the hotel very relaxing and comforting with a reasonable price. The staff at the front desk was exceptional and went through usual procedure to insure my comfort while I stay with taking the minimal time needed

First time I visited Dubai my booking was this hotel they gave best service and best decoration on my birthday in my rooms hookah also there
