Excellent ice cream with a creamy texture. Tried the pistacchio one (1 scoop)and it was super delicious. Portion sizes are also grnerois for the price paid. Will definitely revisit on my next trip to London :)

They have a daily menu of handmade ice cream so every day you go is a new experience and you know that you having a fresh ice cream, the texture is amazing and they have some awesome flavours. You can even tried them before you choose what is good as they have their owns flavours creations. The attention was perfect, polite and thoughtful.

I went to Gelupo some days ago but my experience was really bad.
After what I saw there , I would not like to go again.
I am not going to speak about the delay or the ice cream quality.
All good with these two.
I would like to speak about the most important thing in a restaurant, the Hygiene.
Two young women were serving ice icream. They tried together to empty the bin and change the rubbish bag but after that both of them continued serving food without washing their hands and without gloves. Absolutely disgusting and dangerous.

Very nice gelato in the heart of Soho. Loved Pistachio and Colomba (Italian Easter Cake).

I've had their crema 101, milk chocolate, and pistachio flavors - all fantastic. The place usually has a long line and it's definitely worth the wait, because their ice cream is extremely tasty.

Limited seating inside, but you can just stand outside and enjoy ice cream on the fairly quiet rode.

Great choice of flavors, both basic traditional ones plus more unique options. Some are smoother than others but guessing that comes down to the texture the flavor s ingredients allows for rather than inconsistent quality.

We were there recently on a busy night with a long line but it moved quickly and the staff were very efficient and friendly.

It s a small shop so be prepared to takeaway.

I ordered ice cream for delivery last week, the ice cream did not arrive but the payment has been taken from my account. I have tried to contact you many times but nobody is responding. Very bad service. I would like my money back.

The best gelato in London in my opinion, great service, amazing flavours especially peanutbutter and raspberry (seasonal). And I love their dark chocolate pre-made gelato cones!

Innovative and creative Italian gelato flavours. you won't be disappointed with the quality, amount choice or flavours. Very good and unusual sorbetti selection too if dairy free options are required. Great after dinner at the restaurant across the street, or at any time of day really!

Fabulous Bonet flavoured gelato in a cone!! No wonder the shop filled up quickly after us and the crowd kept coming in!

Delicious take away or eat-in ice cream, this is a combination of the bitter chocolate and salted caramel. Really lovely.

The best gelato in Soho! The mint stracciatella was was packed with fresh mint and dark chocolate. Will definitely be back to try the rest.

Best ice cream shop ever - proper Italian ice cream. Chocolate sorbet is my all time favourite but everything else is worth trying. Their hot chocolate or milkshake are killers too.

Very friendly staff, ice creams have a decent size! As per the flavour, they were good but not amazing, at leas for me! I recommend you to give it a try yourself and judge. I was not a big fan of the flavours and the ones that I got were just ok.

Home made gelato, with both classic and new tastes. The shop isn't too large, but enough to host the usual line of customers.
Further to gelato, there a are a series of products of high Italian quality.
A surprise was the Gelupo's Prosecco.
Service is kind and friendly. Late at night can be crowded.

Excellent quality and very authentic. Always reassuring to see Italian customers ordering their gelato in Italian. The Dairy free selection also tastes so good it is hard to tell apart from the real stuff!

Small side street gelato shop in the heart of Soho where the theater district is. Freindly staff. Ice cream flavor variety but nothing wow to be honest and way too sweet for my liking.

Not the worst gelato but surely overrated. We had Fig, Mango & Rice, Grapefruit, Blood Orange as well as Bitter Chocolate. Flavors are fine except for Mango & Rice which had almost no taste of mango but a pointless addition of granules of rice (was hoping for something similar to the Thai Mango Sticky Rice dessert). Vegan sorbets are overly sweet and obviously too slushy compared to thick ones found in Oddonos and Venchi for example.

I once went to this place 2 days in a row. The reason? I like ice cream and their gelato is fantastic. Such great flavours on offer, and some unusual but equally delicious. Personal favourite you ask? Sour Cherry Ricotta. Don't just get one scoop either...

Favourite ice cream in London! So much choice and very experimental with flavours. Great for after dinner or theatre visit, they have extended too so there s more places to sit!!

Haven't visited, but their online order process is awful and would advise not to order for delivery I made several orders, 4 were not confirmed with payments taken for next day delivery and still no response after 2 days. Emailed several times, keep 'phoning and get told the order will put through that day.

Amazing homemade ice cream. The best in central London

Absolutely the best ice cream in London if not the world. Expect to wait in line with the line sometimes starting outside the shop. The place has a VERY limited seating area about 2 tables at the back of the shop and a small bench outside. The flavors are incredibly delicious but they do sell out quickly so if you want to see their wide selection go earlier during the day. They also sell frozen sweets, desserts, Italian sodas, and food items. The staff are amazingly quick and friendly so don t be discouraged by the queue! Tip: get their hazelnut paste!

The ice cream was delicious and would recommend if you're in the area. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I've been to places with a better selection of cones and ice cream

All stress can be released by Gelupo s Gelato!!!Definitely the best Gelato in the UK. Fresh mint Stracciatella is always the one I regret after ordered only one scoop. Finest ingredients No artificial taste.Highly recommend, Pistachio is great too! The only ice cream shop in London deserves you to stay at Gym for extra 1 hr.

The gelato was not bad. Had high expectations because of the good reviews but wasn't quite satisfied with the quality.

We have been there around 6 pm today. The ice cream is very delicious. But the staff (one fat lady) is so rude and unprofessional to talk with customers like us to begging the ice cream for free when we look at the menu. We don't know that the queue inside. After that we order the ice cream with another staff who is quite nice. She serve us very smiley. The same staff ( fat lady) said can you move more forward the front. The way she said like so so rude. If she is not happy to work or tired or bad mood whatever she should calm down or go to a break. She doesn't have service mind at all. Even say thank you the customer to buy ice cream , not smile. I never complain at all. This is my first time that I write the review. I think the owner should ask this staff to improve herself. If she work in this industry, she should have service mind and more professional!!!!

Delicious gelato - flavors are all pretty unique though (so don't go there if you're just looking for standard flavors like chocolate and vanilla).

We visited this place after having lunch at the food market on Berwick St for a sweet treat. The staff were very charming and friendly and were happy to let us try a few of the flavours before we chose. I was conservative and had my usual favourite flavour, hazelnut, and I wasn't disappointed. Very creamy and delicious. I think the price for a single pot is a little on the high side, it starts making more sense quickly, cost wise, as you order more and more ice cream. recommend!
