Information desks are missing, but there are totems with maps and directions to the stores. There is paid parking and a public arrivals area. At the main entrance there is a taxi and multiple bus stops to the surrounding countryside and cities.

I was on Saturday, 07/28/2018, at Shopping Iguatemi, watching the movie The Incredibles 2. The most amazing thing I saw was the dirt in the Cinemark men's bathroom. It was just disgusting. When I left that pigsty, I came across a girl recommending women not to go into the ladies' room because of the dirt. A total neglect with the payers.

Shopping mall with a great structure and good security, very fresh and with lots of store options, very good parking with internal or external option, extremely clean bathrooms, very varied restaurant option for all tastes.

In my opinion the best in Campinas. And there's the plus of having Ben Jerrys

Very large shopping mall, many designer stores, huge variety of all areas, food court a little confused, well dispersed, the information totems are not digital which makes it a little difficult.

I really like Iguatemi, the only problem is the elevators. Very few, in my opinion. My brother-in-law is in a wheelchair, and we always have to stay up to 10 min sometimes waiting for the elevator to reach the floor we are on. And whenever I can, I take the escalator to avoid filling the elevator and other people who really need to use the elevator.

It is a very large mall with many options of stores, to be lost, but all security guards are very attentive and help you find places. The mall has 3 floors with the last one being a food court, and there are many luxury stores. Most stores are following the recommended Covid-19 prevention rules.
