This place is pretty cool. Lots of stuff and it's quite nice inside. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Phil the service manager is a real class act... go to their website and get a look at this guy. He has no class and he is a hypocrite to criticize our invoice to his customers, employees and my employee.

Just popped in to kick tires but the guy behind the counter was great. Had some helpful info picked his brain a bit, about various models. I've ridden HD for years and am looking for a new ride. Will definitely consider going through these guys.

My favorite dealership. I bought 2 bikes off Mario (so what does that tell you), the guys in parts and service are very helpful and the ladies in apparel greet and make you feel welcome every time. The whole staff is working together to give you a great experience. They have gone above and beyond, stepped up to the plate and made me a very happy customer.

Bought my first Harley there. Was very impressed with all the friendly and helpful people in the store ! My salesman, Ed Moore treated me with courtesy,answered all my questions and even took extra time to tell me things I wouldn't have thought to ask! His insight was instrumental in helping me choose the right bike for my needs. Jesse Stewart, the finance expert, saved me a lot of money by getting me an excellent rate for my purchase and helped me choose extra coverage that made sense and would add value to the bike if and when I decide to sell.
Would highly recommend anyone looking for a Harley, especially their first, to go to Freedom Harley !

Randomly walked into see what options they have. Spoke to Ali. He was Polite, Good customer service, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Very convinced to get a street glide as my next bike.

People are friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Prices however, are outrageous. There is a huge price to pay for Harley-Davidson branding.

Not a bad place employees were nice and service was good. The only downside I can say is price ! expect to pay full retail on absolutely everything. They quoted me prices for new tires on my Harley I got the exact same tires down the street for almost half price. And yes they were the exact Harley tires. but other then that nice place with nice people.

Funny thing back in the day that building was the dirtiest strip club in Ottawa....

Love this dealership! I have owned a couple Harley's now, there is no alternative. I have bought lots of gear, clothes, parts and of course my last Harley from these guys!

Not the best place to buy a HD, or products. Most go there only because it's closet to bring for service under warranty. Many are going to Kingston and even Toronto to avoid going back there.

Nothing but love for the team at Harley. I bought my very first Harley in January of this year. Ed Moore in sales walked me through all the different options I had available in warranty, etc. Financing with Jesse an the team was simple and concise - exactly what financing should be. Any and all questions I had were answered well.

The customer team up front has been great to deal with. Special shout to Kendall who is always friendly and very helpful.

I've asked for information on parts from the service team and they have been very knowledgeable and friendly - no issues at all.

Overall, I feel they have done a great job of welcoming me to the Harley family. Tks,
