I went to Frankie's because I purchased a coupon and wanted to try something different, I was not impress by the "cover" but a big but happenned inside, the food was awesome, we had fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms as app, and a pizza deluxe for dinner, so the food was 5* therefore the service was good, not great... We will definitely come back!
Fantastic dinner tonight. Everything was fresh, presented well & quite delicious. I enjoyed Zitti Sicilian and my date liked his talapia served over angel hair pasta. Very busy tonight and the service was good.
Food was gross. Seemed like very cheap ingredients. The parmesan cheese was the kind you sprinkle from a plastic bottle. Have tried several times to like this place.

The food is decent, but beware their extremely deceptive coupon marketing. The coupons will say "Free..." but the fine print is "...up to $X value" and everything is over that value, so it is not really free. Free dinner with purchase of 1 dinner and 2 drinks? Sounds reasonable until you see it is a $10 max discount. Only the most basic Pasta + Sauce is under $10. Free large pizza with purchase of one? Well, max $11, and even a plain cheese is more than $11. I just can't support skeezy businesses.
Extremely Disappointing Experience...On Valentines' Day four seniors enjoyed a meal at a place we all had enjoyed for many years. Within two hours, 3 of the 4 became violently ill. This day, February 15th, I called to report the matter to ""Amy". She asked my name, which I gave,
It took me 4 attempts to identify her...she claimed they receive calls from telemarketers. I expressed we became violently sick and she said I had a "bad attitude". WOW...how the once wonderful place we enjoyed has failed the community. I am awaiting a call back from the "owner" as AMY hung up on me. it's 3:17 in the afternoon,.,,can't be busy there...amazing response to people who were sickened.
Food is great. Good prices. Great people as waiter's.
I go to Frankie's frequently for the lunch special. For $5 I get the special of the day with salad and rolls. It is a great value and good food for the price. I'll keep going back.

Funny have Ben coming here for years not really but grew up by the canton rd location just called in a order an went to pick it up paid and the lady boldly came up an said have a good night ... no change? Extra 3-4 bucks just gonna keep it lol I work in the service industry my whole life you don t get tips or return business that way. I would have tipped but they just took it any way.... and that s why your restaurant is a revolving door trained poorly. Foods good but have had more customer service issue here threw out the years hints why I ordered out.
My first time there and it was a great experience. the guy who met me at the front desk was genuinely friendly (and not just professionally either) and took his time listening to my questions about the food and much do I get for r each item requested. The kitchen staff were efficient, yet relaxed and flowing smoothly with the orders being given to them. The food smelled delicious when they presented it to me. It was still piping hot when I got it home and I must confess, the food tasted delicious. Would definitely go back again to try more of their food!

The entire meal was delicious. From the garlic rolls to the Pasta Primavera, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend if you travel to the Marietta area.
I've always enjoyed this establishment. Authentic Italian food. Absolutely love the garlic and cheese pizza. Add fresh rolls and salad........Oh my gosh!!
Such a wonderful neighborhood place! 20 years going there and still consistently excellent. 32 dollars for two....entrees salad rolls and Ruffino Chianti! Service.....EXCELLENT as always.
Management is very negligent in delivering satisfactory customer service. I attempted to place a to go order pretty close to closing time, and was told that the kitchen was closed, when it most certainly was not. So I decided to call and ask what time they closed, on two different occasions, and could not get a straight answer from either "manager". Provinos on barrett parkway is absolutely wonderful, Frankies will not be getting any business from me, my colleagues, my friends, or my family.
Server was forgetful and scarce. Food was slow to come out but good when it arrived.
I was stuck in the hotel because I had no car. Decided to order delivery. Boy was I impressed. The food was plentiful and delicious. I had the spaghetti and Italian sausage, calamari, a salad, minestrone soup and Stromboli. It was way too much but I had to order at least $25 to get delivery. Not a problem because I will have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow's dinner. The food arrived fast in 25 minutes or so, it was hot and they brought plenty of Parmesan cheese, garlic butter, marinara sauce, salt and pepper and forks and napkins. What a treat. Definitely worth the money for good food and excellent service.
Service great. Food great. Been going to Frankie's for years. My hubby would like bigger TV's. I told him people go there for the food.
Great place to enjoy some lunch or dinner. They deliver also but as with any delivery it's much better consumed there. Have been enjoying meals there for 5 + years now. Staff exceptionally attentive also.
This was our first time eating here. The food was amazing! The portions were plentiful and the prices were amazing! We will be going back!

Frankie's is a with a really cool atmosphere; the lights are dimmed, the furniture is classic, and the servings are rustic. I had the chicken parmagiana. The chicken was moist, the sauce was a little too powerful in my opinion, and the pasta was great. Overall, I enjoyed my dining there.
