Excelenete, hotel in a great location in Miraflores

Very good deal since you enter the hotel very friendly.

I went to Lima for auditing a company and I stayed per a week in this hotel, the service was pretty nice. The front desk was extremely gentle.

Hotel used for quarantine, the rooms are spacious but the mattresses must be changed, I get a very old one in which I had to sleep exactly in the middle of the bed because there they were still in good condition, hot water is available all day, the Televisions are not smart, the best thing about the hotel is the wifi, it has a high data upload and download speed, even when the hotel is full. The other rooms of the hotel could not be used.

The good thing is the helpfulness of the two srtas iris and estephania of reception. They are great and they help a lot

Worn out furniture, low ceiling, indented mattress and a bathroom with ventilation that didn't work.. we had the bigger suite too staff were helpful, checked us in a bit early

The bathroom on the second floor had a bad exhaust fan and no ventilation, it smelled bad

Great location. Hotel services are of great quality. Bathrooms very comfortable and water excellent. The accommodations in the room are large, well appointed and practical. The bed is very good and adequate to a 4 star. The breakfast is very varied and of great quality. The price could be a little lower. It was a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is the second time I have been in Lima the Four Points.

I attended a conference and the rooms are small, but as a whole the hotel is elegant and beautiful.

Musty/moldy smell in room and an allergic reaction. Front desk staff were nice but hotel charged for early check out even though I was sick.

I visit this hotel many times to share a pleasant moment at the breakfast buffet with an excellent product price ratio and above all very healthy. The impeccable attention. Very grateful to the special attention of your hostess.

Good location, Nice staff. the rest is old, no charm, you can stay next door for half of the price with a better bed (very soft and old). Won't recommend at all. They don't have a rooftop, unlike what you can read online.

Very good hotel, a cozy place, with qualified staff and always well predisposed.

They charged 40 usd to my friend so I could go up to his room to visit him for a few hours, they said it was a new regulation.

I went to a commercial breakfast. I had access to a meeting room and from that I can say, that the atmosphere is very good, the lighting, the multimedia support did not fail, the acoustics very good. An additional point in favor is the part of the buffet. The services clean and orderly. In general, they provide good attention. At the entrance there is valet parking.

Great location, tucked off on a quiet street only a block or two from the busy streets, walking distance to clubs, bars, restaurants, parks and the ocean! Very friendly staff. Nice sized rooms . Would definitely stay here again!
