Not a positive experience, I picked up a used car ...

Not a positive experience, I picked up a used car and after a few days I hear a decelerating noise.
I take it to be checked by a trusted mechanic and he tells me it could be the gearbox bearing.
I call Spazio and ask for an appointment, which is fixed after a few days. When I bring the car it is seen by an acceptor and finds the problem, he tells me that the first place available in September, now the workshop is overworked.
I also point out to him that in the back seat there is a very large stain all over the seat and he only notes when I told him.
I wonder, but the cars are checked before delivery? It really seems not

Buying a 4 year old used car in February 2019, now having passed a few, very few months, being still under warranty, I find myself having to pay 300 euros for a job that a mechanic would do with 100. But with the cabbage that I carry from the mechanic having with them a GUARANTEE that apparently guarantees what seems to them since the pieces WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT happen if they do not pass.

We bought a car for my husband, who went alone to pick it up.
We are satisfied.
The thing I want to write is that, Ms. Elena (known only by phone) was wonderful.
While my husband was doing all the practice for the purchase by telephone with the very good Mr. Alex and on the internet, I was organizing his surprise birthday party and there were friends coming from Lampedusa to celebrate it.
Unfortunately, the delivery date was on the very day of the surprise.
I didn't know what to do anymore, since I didn't want to reveal it to my husband.
I secretly phoned the dealer and explained it.
Ms. Elena passed me by, she was wonderful, because not only was she able to anticipate a day, but she made sure that they seemed to have changed the delivery date.
Everything went perfectly, a great surprise and this was a wonderful birthday thanks to Elena and other staff members who gave us a car we are very satisfied with.
A praise, which I carry from the mouth of my husband, to the boys of the workshop, to those who have dealt with the bureaucracy and to the boys who are at the entrance.
Thank you so much, you are all very good and kind.
In a place so immense and with such a mass of work, I didn't think there was so much humanity.

Experience in Space with double evaluation. Due to MANY problems caused by the seller I would like to give a decidedly lower evaluation, but in the days following the purchase I was contacted by Federico Foggia to whom I instead extend a heartfelt thanks for trying to meet me and to remedy the problems as much as possible caused by the seller. He was in fact very understanding and professional, even making excuses that would not have been his job.
A dealership like Spazio certainly cannot afford such incompetence on the part of the sellers and in my opinion it should really take action, but at least someone who takes his job seriously is there. Thanks Federico.

Last year I purchased an Alfa Romeo Giuletta from the Space Dealer through financing. I immediately want to say that it was absolutely not my intention to start buying a car through installment financing. After the usual negotiations, I am offered a sale proposal, with total balance upon withdrawal of the same, which I accept.
Before signing, I am proposed to purchase the vehicle through financing with FCA Bank. Recalling that I have two vehicles in use with my company, through a leasing contract with FCA Bank that satisfy me, I listen to the seller's proposal. Unfortunately, what he proposed to me is absolutely far from the reality of the contracts that I have signed. My enormous naivety was trusting that person and that company, Spazio S.p.a. I was totally introduced to other issues. In addition to the contract for the financing for the purchase of the car, which is an economic suicide (APR 13.30) for a person who can pay entirely on collection of the car, I find myself a loan for services of which I was not even aware . I consider this contract, based on the data services for the total amount requested, a real thief.

I picked up my Renegade yesterday and found it even more beautiful than when I went to see it.

Today, Sunday, June 9, 2019, my girlfriend and I go from Space to get a quote for a Ypsilon (I state that we weren't there to make time but we had serious intentions) .... As soon as we climbed to the first floor, we see many vendors busy and without disturbing we wait to find a free one. At a certain point I find that the seller Mr. DESIDERIO GABRIELE wanders through the hall ...
We ask for information on the Ypsilon and on current promotions but it explains everything to us with estimated figures and an installment for the financing to estimate, when insisting several times I ask him to have a written estimate and finally he accompanies us to his post ...
Here comes the beauty ... set the nice quote on the computer (I ask if it can then print it, telling me yes), take a nice sheet of white paper and write the quote and the installments with the loan (I don't think it's very professional ) ... we look for a moment me and my girlfriend to understand and the seller liquidates us saying "it was a pleasure ragazzuoli" tearing the sheet written by hand .... I did not ask for more ... his business card has done the same end and I will never set foot again !!!!

On the spot I am welcomed in a cordial and formal way, pity that the seller once he heard my request on the vehicle tells me that given the strong demand for LPG powered cars it is possible to buy them only by signing a loan ...
Having no intention of taking out a loan, I find myself having to leave because I do not adhere to their income.
Now on the market strategies adopted I do not discuss but it would be better to report these details on the announcements before losing time and gasoline (I traveled 60km to reach them) to potential customers. This thing I found particularly incorrect!

I just bought my new car (124 spider) here and I was very satisfied with the professionalism and kindness of the service, from start to finish, from the seller to the delivery.
One very positive thing, however, that I must underline, is the timeliness and the great commitment to solving the problems.
The delivery was missing and the navigator was absent, which according to the package should have been there (not their fault, but the manufacturer who made it out without it), they mobilized and within 3 days they ordered it, made it arrive and installed in 5 minutes on the machine.

We then decided for a car ready for delivery in Via Ala di Stura in Turin. Where I found a very helpful, dynamic and courteous Commercial Consultant with whom we found a balanced meeting point. The delivery was impeccable the little car explained in detail and with patience the appointee answered all the questions asked by my Son and me.
