Very dirty too much dust and bad attention at reception

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean and refreshing.

Room door wouldn't lock, people smoking right outside, tv not working and no breakfast because they ran out the 1st day.

Zanetta was a great help. She answered any and all of my questions with a great smile. She took care of my questions from the night before the next day with No asking. She is super professional and kind. Very sweet and makes you feel very welcome. Thank you girl! I will be coming back because she was awesome.

Rooms were good and I have no problems. I have seen bad places and this is not even close

I requested wash rags, daily. None available or towels. So I bought towels at Ross.
No one ever cleaned my room til I went out of town. Then they took towels I bought. I paid x tra cause I had 2 tiny pups. That knew how to use potty pads. I cleaned my room. Requested new sheets. Had to do myself. They lost my amazon orders. Stay at your own risk. Have Fun!

The hotel staff is nice. Other than that the hotel needs an upgrade. The Microwave is old and needs to be taken out and replaced, same with the countertop stove. Also the shower needs to be replaced it is very old looks very worn out and the water pressure sucks. Also In the mornings and after coming back to the hotel after work looks like there is centipedes or some sort of similar bug but looks like its dieing. So I would pick it up every day to flush them down the toilet. This place definitely needs a lot of work.

Roaches on bed, A/C filter mildew. No utensils as advertised. Noisey crowd and bit sketchy. Stay far away

I had a great time there the staff is my favorite to be honest be very convenient and walking distance to main places not bad at all for your money

This was my second time staying there first time was great that s why I rebooked second time I was given a room with no pillow case no blanket the refrigerator was broken a chair was holding it closed and the tv wasn t working when I called the front desk she said she will send somebody up no one showed I went to the office and she said she knew about everything then why give me such a ghetto room ? She immediately switched me to the room next door. I will not be back.

Zanetta is amazing..she always greets with a smile and always has the most positive attitude. She is definitely the reason why I return time after time.

Worst place ever! Rooms very bad. Bed looks like a prostitute was murdered and left in it. Bed fell in the middle of the night. Stove and refrigerator didn't work. Trash everywhere, people smoking dope in the parking lot. Other than that it was a great place.

Rude staff.....they speak very little english and act as if they don't need customers

I must say this is one of the best Extended Stays I have visited.
Ms. Zanetta was very helpful getting me checked in. I would definitely recommend this location if you are visiting this Area. Great customer service over all they have a great team with a great leader.

Front desk staff was really nice always helped with any inquiry and the maid staff also helped when I got locked out of my room. The room itself was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was actually usable. This was a nice comfortable stay will come back again.

The Best stay ever a great welcome to fort Lauderdale

this thing was a horrible stay i hated it the floor was moldy nast brown and smelled. the shower was rusted and the toilet was rusted durty and old. never go here.

Nice place to stay rooms are clean, staff is friendly but follow up request were never fulfilled. I requested a Pan and utensils to cook on the stove top and extra pillows as it was two of staying in the room but i never received anything. But still not the worse place to stay... Nearby attractions and the beach is a short bus ride away

ROACH MOTEL!!....If U could give extended stay "Tamarac" negative stars I WOULD ....let me preface this by saying I stay at ESA all the time in multiple cities and have never had a major issue ...some are a bit cleaner or more modernized that others but this Tamarac location (which is really like west Lauderdale, off West Commercial) is disgusting....roaches roaches .....ROACHES. I checked in, went to my room immediately saw roaches....came back told the desk attendant (who was very nice and professional), received keys for a new room on a completely different side of the property, turn on the lights ....even MORE ROACHES than the last room ...so disgusted I almost vomited ....I left needless to say ... emailed ESA....no response....no feedback... no communication....I will shout from the mountain tops that ESA "Tamarac" is a roach motel ....they need to seriously address this issue

Terrible found a bed bug in my bed disgusting can't sleep getting out of here first thing.. Getting refund. If you state you refurbished and remodeled then get new beds. Mattress cover disgusting with stains all over and gross. Get new mattresses room 378 has bed bugs.

Had to ask multiple times for items that should have been in the suite. Still did not have them at checkout. Room was mediocre. Smelled of body odor. The only saving grace was the location.

The staff was very nice and made it comfortable for me and my family during our time there. We appreciate everything that they for us! Thank You!

This hotel has roaches all over the front buildings the room smell like smoke and flock the employees have favoritism to people they like and reduce the prices of rooms for certain people also they lie and tell you that there are no two beds available when they're really are they give you what they want to give you

The room in which we received was immaculate. We stayed for 4 days and 3 of the four days the television did not work. The employees were very polite yet were indifferent when it came to my requests. If you need a place just to lay your head with no amenities not even a glass in the bathroom Extended Stay America would be just fine.

NO STARS, This place was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains, the linen was turned inside out make of that what you will. There were no cups to drink any thing out of unless requested. I had no trash can to place anything into. There is no ice or vending machine or. The tub drain was not working so when I took a shower there was 1 foot of water in the tub. The room smelled like BO, and smoke the door had 2 latches for locks plus the deadbolt ( that was a little nerve racking). It was very noisy, but my room was facing the street. There was a football game on so the front desk person seemed annoyed with me being there and actually having to do her job. Will never stay there again!!!

Dirty and dodgy place. Would never recommend to anyone. Very dated interior, dirty old carpets, poor quality sheets and towels, kitchen with no utensils (what s the point?). My first room stunk of cigarets very badly, the second one was better but quite dirty. I don t think any of the rooms have been ever cleaned properly. All doors, windows, mirrors, furniture covered with greasy smudges. Yuck! Staff was very nice and friendly but thats about it.

I stay here every time I need to relax and get away

Ibe been at the hotel for almost a month now and i must say i love the staff here. Especially one employee who has made my stay here warm and comforting. Zanetta is works in the front office. Very professional and takes her job and customers feel warm and pleasant

Despite all the negative reviews that s on here I m sure it s out of anger because something didn t go there way...The staff at this hotel is MAGNIFICENT which includings RO,TAHELIA,SHAINA and ZANETTA the list goes on there very polite, generous and warm hearted. Like they say TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED and that s them...but shout to those housekeepers for the AMAZING cleaning and scrubbing they do ...I was asked to do this review this morning by Ro and here it is KUDOS to HOTEL MANAGEMENT keep up the GOOD WORK !!!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The entire hotel staff is nice and polite. The hotel is clean & quiet. Checking in & checking out is always quick, easy & hassle free. I have no complaints.

Avoid this place. The rooms were old and nasty, my socks were absolutely filthy after just a few hours. This is a $50 a night hotel at best. Avoid it.

I wish the rating had a negative. I posted the pic of trash it's been here at least 3 days and not 1piece of trash was touched

The place was clean all staff was frienfly. I was comfortable staying here even throughtout difficult time of vitue. I brought my own cleaning supplie when i entered room.

No stars!! This room smell like a garbage dump. The bathroom door had paint splashes. The light fixtures were rusting. The bathroom smell musky. The bathroom door was water logged an swollen. The shower leaked water on the floor because the curtain was too short.
There were roaches on the kitchen sink. Millipedes were found crawling on the floor around and under the bed. In addition, there were small bugs on the bed.
The bed sheets were not change before i checked in, there were stains, #disgusting!!! I was told because it was a 3 day stay there willbe no room service during my stay.

I was very pleased with my service that Krystina provided, she was very nice and made sure all my needs were meet

I love my stay here very nice clean place. And the staff was excellent.

I was here last weekend with my family. Not a pleasant experience at all. You can hear the traffic from the main street near by and there were people outside our door smoking, drinking and loud talking. The gap between the door and its frame was so huge that you could literally see the outside. And there was never a security guard in sight. However, I gave two stars because it had a full kitchen and bar/table.

My family and I have been staying here for a few months now, and all the staff here is amazing! My daughter has been in and out of the hospital and after every trip they always check to see how she s doing. I ve worked in the hotel industry for many years and I myself have not ran across a friendlier staff. Management here are so understanding and willing to go the extra mile. When I first checked in I had heard a few stories about this property which made me feel a little uneasy, but after being here...all the stories were wrong. They have at night security that does constant patrols.
If you need someplace to stay for a few weeks to even a few months...I DEFINITELY recommend this property.
Thank you Extended Stay America Tamarac. I won t ever stay at a different hotel again.

Prices competitive. Morning continental breakfast is poor. Be prepared to leave a hefty deposit because too many "guests"leave with the toaster, microwave,etc. Has a state contract for welfare recipients who are waiting to be placed in more permanent living quarters. I haven't had any problems but I watch my back when staying there. So should you.

I stopped at this Boston Market for a dinner meal and dined in. I received a warm welcome, the food was very good, and the entire staff was in a good friendly mood. I totally enjoyed my experience here.

It was horrible. The first room was full of roaches, they were everywhere. And there was a major leak in the bathroom. I was tired and did not want to drive was the only reason I agreed to another room. I would no stay there again nor would I recommend it.

Absolutely horrible hotel , they lied about breakfast . They don't have breakfast ! They have 2 items to choose from . Normal checkout is 12 , but here it's 11 . I'll never come back .
