Look, Incredible course, with good theory and at the same time excellent dynamics in practice. And what about Professor Simoni, very attentive dear and best of all, extremely professional and competent. The course location is also very cozy and with all the equipment to provide learning. In addition to the break during the course still serve a little (cheese bread and some cookies), to help taste so many different coffees and preparations. Honestly it was much better than you could imagine. Always indicate, looking forward to the next!

The house specialty is pure espresso, but I recommend experimenting with some pie, such as the banoffi pie (German banana pie) which is amazing! Nice and cozy atmosphere, great to spend time talking. For the people who took the barista course: a question! Did you get job opportunities with the course? How do bars and cafes usually receive this differential in the curriculum? I want to take the course but I fear that it will not leave the place. I would like to start working in the food industry and I think this course would be a good start.
