The perfect hotel to stay in Caracas. I would go there every time.

In general very good but it is necessary to mention some details: The bathroom door in my room did not close because it was out of square. And in the hotel restaurants, particularly the one on the terrace overlooking the pool, there were menu flaws (serious in a 5-star category) that the waiters were unaware of until, after 10 minutes of ordering, they came to announce it and offer an alternative. It also looks ugly, that the companions of the main dishes, with that price, have to be paid separately.

Very nice the pool and common areas. The room very comfortable and excellent attention. There are several restaurants with different options, international, Asian and Italian food. The service to the room offers wide options although the last time I went I did not like the food, or it would be bad luck the chef on duty.
