This hotel is a real shit !! I lived here for two months and the service is extremely poor. The staff is rude, inattentive and irresponsible, with very poor level of English. My wife lost some very expensive medicines that had been entrusted to the hotel administration. My car was hit in the hotel parking lot during the night while it was parked and the administration was not responsible for the damage, and no security camera captured what happened (although it was parked in front of the parking administration office). The only thing that this garbage has 5 stars are the prices, the rest is a sham. The rooms always have some flaw: the TV does not work, or a window does not work, or the A / C does not work, etc. In addition, it is a dangerous and insecure place; If he appreciates his life and does not want to be killed like a dog, do not approach this hotel.
