I mean there stuff is good but I got two small specials and it cost $13 l feel ripped off

A great place to get the best frozen custard. So many choices to choose from.

We ordered kiddie size custard cups and they were fairly priced, $5.50 about for both, perfect for my 3 year old, a bit small for my 11 year old. Really good!

This is where any other retail business should send their teenage employees to train them in customer service. Always A+. Also their ice cream is top notch. I never understood the hype around Ted Drewes when Fritz's is every bit as good.

Awesome!!! I always order the cookie dough concrete with caramel on top. Pure heaven. They don't skimp on the add-ins. So, so good.

It's no Ted Drewes, but it's also only about 10-15 minutes from me instead of 40, and without the large crowds and itty-bitty parking lot.

Fritz's Frozen Custard is the "coolest" ! We arrived at 9:13 pm and they were fully staffed with knowledgeable and efficient employees. The wait line was 3 deep, we received our Custard about 6 min. after ordering. By the time we were eating, more customers arrived and 2 lines were open. Each line was at least 6 customers deep, with more arriving !!
It was great to give Fritz's "the Business" !! Ha

Excellent service! Accurate and fast. Very friendly staff. They even treated our puppy to a puppy cone! The frozen custard is creamy and delicious and not super sweet. The servings are quite generous and they have so many toppings and flavor options. We will definitely be coming back!

I never realized people didn't just casually have custard places outside of the general St. Louis area. Besides Ted Drew's, this is my go to place. So many memories going here with friends and family and getting concretes. Yeah, prices may not be as good as DQ, but this is a phenomenal local business, and it tastes 10x better than any national chain. Almost all the workers are teenagers, but they are FAST. They mess up your order? You drop it on the ground? No problem, will fix you a new one just as fast and free of charge. I really miss this place when I am at college.

I've never had a bad experience from Fritz's. I know people like Ted Drewes, and I agree it's very good as well. However, Fritz's is my favorite place in St. Louis to go for ice cream. The staff is always friendly, fast and competent. Plus, they also give my dog a little ice cream cup as well.

Sorry Ted Drewe's, you've got nothing on Fritz's! Fritz's is THE place for frozen custard.

Fritz's is always delicious... crossing generations. I took my children to the original location and then grandchildren to other locations years later. I still love it, too.

So far the best ice cream place in St.Louis. Variety of options to choose from and everything tastes delicious.

June 24, around 9:15 pm I purchased a carmel and pecan blizzard from this Fritz's The girl who waited on me said one minute, and proceeded to help and visit with four other customers. Finally I said how long does it take to make a blizzard - she looked at the counter behind her and handed me a soggy partially melted what they called a blizzard. Poorest excuse I have ever had for a blizzard, and because I was irritated I just took it and went home. I will not be returning to Fritz's and will buy my blizzards at Culvers which are thick and very very good.

Ordered a pineapple/strawberry concrete, received pineapple juice with a splash of cold milk. Do yourself a favor skip this place.

Always great service. This place is very popular so there may be a little line but it goes quickly. Great custard worth the price. Almost always get the strawberry concrete but every thing is delectable.....

My chocolate concrete was tasty, my wife ordered the "famous signature turtle" concrete, but 3 times was handed a vanilla custard with a few pecans...no hot fudge...it's a signature item, seriously? Too many kids, no adults running the place...disappointment for $12 for 2 ice creams.

Fritzs is a St louis classic. Ted who? The old timey shtick, the bright florescent lights, sitting in the parking lot on a hot day or night eating your frozen custard, there's nothing more American. This place puts all other frozen dairy places to shame. Whether you like sundaes, concretes, cones, shakes or malts, this place does it best. Tons of toppings to choose from and plenty of favorites too. My mouth is watering just typing this review. Got to go get me some!

Yes i know it's closed at winter hours. I'm not far from you this review comes after being there many times and having rude employees who work there and feel the need to rush everyone who comes in. You can feel like this review is unwarranted all you like but that is my experience with the place. The manager you had there over the summer was rude and unprofessional. Maybe choose wisely in this upcoming year on who you hire and who you choose to run the store.

Best frozen custard this side of the Missouri River! You gotta get the Corey-O or one of their famous turtles!

Outstanding flavor. Appears the "small" concrete is smaller than previous seasons. Mini concrete seems to be same. Second only to Ted Drews. If you live in LSL it is way more convenient.

Our group had a great time here sitting outside and the custard is always awesome. Tons of selections!

Very chintzy when considering you pay almost $6.00 for a concrete here. Compare the actual concrete with the photos posted online (and at the store) and you are getting a considerable amount less. And the custard is liquidy, and hardly frozen at all, you will have to take it home and put it in the freezer for an hour before you can begin to enjoy it.
