Lots of nick nack stalls to choose from and a variety of food stalls

Great food and culture! A huge open plan market place with many international merchants and their wares. This is the last surviving and still thriving market place in Perth.

Don't go here very worst public toilet. Very poor maintaining

Has everthing I need. full size pool, good gym, reasonable cafe, small convenience store. In walking distance of places to eat, 711, pharmacy, hairdresser etc. Buses pass frequently and only about a ten minute ride to a blue line train station. Right on the river and a very short bus ride to the main ferry.

A busy market that takes place every Sunday. My wife and I were impressed by the variety of fruit/vegetables available plus a wide range of plants, all at very reasonable prices. A number of stalls were selling bric a brac that was honestly not very interesting. Other stalls were selling items we were very interested in but we were unwilling or unable to buy as we are on holidays and limited by luggage weight. Well worth a visit in my opinion.

One of the best in Perth for most of your fresh Asian veggies at reasonable prices. Other great vegetable and Asian supplies shop next door which are open all week too!

Place is not the same, lesser stalls & mainly Asian merchandise

Can get a bargain, not as many secondhand stuff as there used to be, mainly cheap new stuff

Good selection and value. Busy on sundays so go early to get fresh produce. Generally very fresh fruit and vegetables at cheaper than supermarket prices. Need to pick carfully though. Also a good supply of fruit trees and flowering plants again at significantly cheaper prices than say bunnings. Entry fee of one dollar is reasonable and parking is quite easy

Not as popular as it used to be. Only stalls on outside. Big gaps where stalls used to be

The butcher shop is the best. Great service and large variety of meat/poultry. Ideal dining for breakfast , lunch or a quick snack.
Seafood and vegetable outlets at good prices

Be careful. Some fruit and veg sellers rip off the elderly by saying they have not given enough cash and make them pay extra. Please be aware when you pay and how much you pay. Stand up for yourself if you tbink you have been ripped off.
Some sellers ruin it for all

If you need Asian food or need something to put into your cooking, this is the perfect place to get it.

A great markets, with lots of food choices. My fave is the Kiwi Chef, my husband likes the hotdog stand on the end....been there for years. The hamburger he got was very nice.

Might find some good fruits and veggies. Try to visit on Saturdays from 7:30 to 10am. Another section for seafood and meats.

I mean its decent. Personally I think there are too many food stalls. I think there need to be more "garage sale" type people, if you know what I mean.

If you want fruit, veg and plants...Roll on in. The rest of the selection though is sorely limited.

Nice markets there with cheap access and a very wide variety of things been sold. Some good food in the markets as well as the area outside which is a good thing to have while you are visiting the markets. Only downside is that is very crowded, and it is hard to find where things are inside the markets

Most fruit and veggies are not good quality. Except there's a few people who sell good stuff from their gardens.

Great place to get a discount on things never know what you might find

Wow a great walk to browse all there is to seesuch a wide variety of items for sale crafts, fresh fruit and vegetables. Definitely worth a visit to check it out.

For people living in South of the city, this is. Great place to buy fresh vegetables

Entrance is very easy to locate. Wheelchair accessible and only cost a gold coin to begin bargain hunting.

A good market more in line with the older style farmers market. Great food stalls with cheap trinket stalls and some nice fresh fruit stalls there as well. The $2 enter for adults is well worth it. Great for a cheap Sunday breakfast

Probably an unfair rating however the internet showed the markets as open, when we arrived they were closed for the 29th December. We were not alone, there were many disappointed people showing up. After driving over an hour to get there, I'm sure you can understand the 1 star, no reflection on the stalls, just the management!

Good breakfast choices, fair price. Good for grocery and weekend markets.

Cheap fresh fruit and vegetables , great fast food and coffee, and an assorted array of trinkets, clothing, toys, hardware and other services..
Had my new watch band shortened today far cheaper than taking it to a jeweller..

Go to the tavern for a meal the best roast for $20 well worth a visit

For vegetable transactions please give a true receipt because alot of transactions do not have the clear amount.

Haven't been there for about 12/15 yrs - still busy as ever though but to much ' commercial type' stuff there. Cheap imports and a lot of rubbish stuff that should only be in Red Dot Stores. Interesting for a look though

Unfortunately not as good as it used to be. Too much of the same stuff. But still worth the occasional visit.

Nice market for all you need, Saturday for your grocery shopping, and Sunday is the community market.

Fruit and vege here is always good. Like the lotto shop I go there everyweek and the chemist is helpful. Its a great little shopping centre to stop at. Theres a great variety of food and good coffee.

after 6months or so I revisited these markets.first impressions were dismal the whole concept has shrunk ie less stalls apparently due to new management high rents? not sure but toilets were clean but the atm machine outside not working so therefore in order to get cash one has to go all the way to front entrance.all in all disappointing but if you need Vegas eggs or honey plenty of that

Nice to wander round on a Sunday morning especially if you live 5 minutes walk away

Too poor and over price more expensive than the shopping center and very dirty
