This goes for their lousy security and parking staff. Leaving the Aire Festival event on Sunday, June 4 at approximately 10 pm, the parking machines did not accept my ticket or allow me to pay. I start driving around the parking lot looking for a guard ... nobody. I start honking my horn and driving like crazy around the parking lot so that someone can come scold me and thus have help ... nobody. There they are already 10 min lost, and I in a hurry. Finally someone from cleaning tells me where a guardhouse is located (that if I had been awake, I would have heard the scandal of my horn), I get a whistle just like crazy and the very annoyed man comes out, I explain and he tells me to go to the pen and there comes someone. Back to the pen ... nobody. I click on the help button again and finally someone answers me, I explain and he says that a colleague is coming, and when I ask him if it's going to take a long time, he replies "let's hope not." Time passes, cars go out and go, I'm about to go through the pen with my truck, and a young man in suit appears, walking as if he were walking in the square on Sunday. 20 minutes wasted, and neither an apology nor an explanation. That yes, very worthy the gentleman and in plan not to peel my anger. And they still have the nerve to charge me for their lousy parking and security service.
