Amazing service and even better food, great place for a bite, lunch, or even a (light) romantic dinner!

I had elite cafe cater my daughter first birthday party. Food was delicious!! And fresh they even bought extra supplies for me which I thought was so sweet. Big plus he came on time!! And staff was so nice and accommodating! Will def order in the future again

Bad slow service.. employees playing with their phones while i wait a salad for take out that took 20mins, Empty restaurant, shouldnt take that long

Last time I called they said $75 min for delivery. This time I tried to order a custom sandwich and they tried charging me $2.50 for spinach or broccoli.. meanwhile the salmon option is cheaper than the build your own base price? Not to mention the online menu is pictures that you can barely read and isn't even accurate..

We've wonderful time there last week, me and my wife. The food is great, served quick, fresh, and with much generosity...
The salads, the pastas, the grilled salmon... Everything was so delicious and the service was great as well.
In addition, the place itself is designed very well and pleasent.
Strongly recommended.

We ate really tasty pasta, which I have never found before in Israel, and a toast salad that I remember so far!

I had an excellent time here and the food was delicious. The waiter (I believe his name was Reuben) was extremely nice and helpful. He definitely elevated my experience eating here.

Decent food, but horrible service. When we asked for something else instead of the dessert that was overpriced and tasted gross, the waiters were rude and condescending.
Usually restaurants will give you a deal or let you try something else if you're unsatisfied, so after taking one bite, we decided to ask for another option. The waiter literally responded "you ate from it already, there's nothing we can do" and walked away from our table.
After patiently waiting for 10 minutes, we called another waiter who said "but you were just sitting here for the past half an hour enjoying it" (needless to say, that is false). Eventually a waitress stepped in and we ordered something us of equal value, which was tasty. (That waitress was actually very nice.)
All in all, most of the food is good, but I would not recommend it to a friend.

The staff worked really hard to keep everything moving. It was great! It's the 9 days where we can't eat meat, so this dairy restaurant was perfect!

Zero stars. Worst restaurant in Kew Garden Hills. Food is terribly expensive and has overly seasoned tastes, as if to make up for not fresh ingredient. Service also sucks to high hell. Halfway through the meal (42 minutes) we were still waiting for the food. This is another reason to not go to Kosher restaurants. They just don t care. Honestly, I would shut them down if I could.

Used to be amazing place 2 years ago , but i think they got a new cook and the food go really bad comparing to what it have been. The food is not made properly, each time comes out differently, it looks like they trying to save the ingratiates and therefore the dishes don't have the look and taste that they should. I really like this place but they have to do something about their food. Good Luck!

Once you go inside the restaurant the view from outside changes. It is like the say "don't judge a book by its cover". From outside it looks like it is not a good restaurant but once you go in, you get surprised with the variety of food they offer. You can read the menu using an iPad, which allows you to see interactive features. The place is clean and food price is descent for what you get. Something that I liked from this place is that I was able to eat without being asked how everything was every other minute. The waiter is present in case you need him/her. The salmon with vegetables and the tuna salad sandwich with Cesar salad were tastie. I go back and/order out from this place again.

Best place for dairy kosher food. 5 star rating for taste, quality, service, location. Love this place...highly recommended

This place is great, from the food to the customer service , all around completely satisfied. Place is very clean and the food comes out pretty quickly. Gotta say their prices are great too :)

Food is very good. However, on several occasions we found the service to be indifferent at best nd at times awful.

Dined outdoors in the lovely tent outside of the store due to the Pandemic. Was able to eat here even during the pouring rain because the tent was really sturdy. I personally had a baked ziti and really enjoyed it. The portion size for it was really generous as well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this eatery to others!

I am the biggest critic when it comes to food. That being said after exactly 8 visits to Elite cafe I can finally give an honest opinion about this establishment. To put it in the shortest of words , this restaurant should be used as an example for all other so called restaurants . This place defines what a restaurant experience suppose to fell like. Cleanliness, ingredients that taste great, and an attentive staff. Thank you

The service is okay, but the good is not the best it is not as fresh.

I contacted Benjamin from Elite Cafe through social media after seeing some positive posts on here. My wife and I wanted a kosher milk wedding that still had class but didn t break the bank.

In short, Benji met with us multiple times to discuss and create the perfect menu and worked with us regarding the price. We told him that we had X amount to spend, and he made it happen beautifully and even added in a two tier wedding cake at no extra cost to us.

The food was delicious and fit the ambiance of the wedding. But as important as the quality of the food was Benji s customer service. He remained dedicated to keeping our vision without compromising our budget.

The food is ok if your preference is for reasonably priced unhealthy food.

We came on a realy busy Sat night and the owner and staff (shout out to my main man Benjy!) was so accomodating abd helpful! Oh, and the food was incredible!!

Food is very solid and very decently priced. When their not busy the service is amazing, when I go and its busy it does take them more then expected. But all around very solid

Not a starbucks kind of cafe, so not an ideal place to work from. Capuccino wasn't too amazing. Nevertheless their menu is much broader and I havent tried anything else. Service is fine.

Went there for breakfast after arriving at LGA, we ordered the Elite Breakfast for $12 (+tip), includes bread with butter, a very large omelette with two toppings (we took mozzarella cheese and onions) choice of salad, with coffee AND orange juice. Food was plentiful, delicious and fresh and service was quick and great (went early Sunday when place wasn't full). Highly recommended!

THE SERVICE IS SO BAD. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING THAT WAS ON THE MENU. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Service is relatively fast, food tastes fresh and flavorful, has many healthy options, and prices are reasonable.

I totally agree with the super tacky neon decorations. The parking lot in the back is nice. The door going in from the back.. is.. really.. hard to open. The dimsum was a-ok. Just a-ok. I would really rather go to Jade Asian restaurant for good dimsum at a reasonable price. They had a strange take on dimsum dishes.. for example, shrimp noodle (ha-churn? lol) came with chinese brocoli on the side. I didn't mind but I thought it to be a little strange. I guess this place is a good alternative though if one doesn't want to drive all the way into main street flushing. Prices, also a-ok. Food on the salty side.

I always come here when I'm craving NY style pizza!!! I love the older gentleman that works here as you can tell he's really passionate about his food. However, sometimes the cashiers can be a bit rude (which really does a lot of harm to this business).

This place never disappoints. They serve fresh dishes for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when the spot is loaded.

While the food was decent service was downright terrible. Never got some of the things we ordered, never got bread despite asking, had to ask multiple times for things etc

My friends and colleagues held my retirement party there. We were about 25. The food was amazing and loved by all - both my kosher-keeping and non-Jewish friends! The manager and staff went above and beyond for all of us, made us feel welcome individually and as a group, and really did a fabulous job overall. I love Elite Cafe and highly recommend it for any meal as a small or large group. They have so many different choices on the menu and I cannot wait to go back! Thanks Elite Cafe - you rock!

To noise, to crowded and i still feel the food stuck in my throat since this morning. I wish them lots of luck but you should give better service and food

Too small for a family gathering. One bathroom isn't sufficient and wasn't clean. Food was good.

I have been to Elite Cafe many times and each time is better then the last. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Service is outstanding and the boss is very nice. Love the place and would highly recommend.

I went there with my family for the first time last night, and every bite was delicious. I'm actually upset I didn't find this place sooner. The decor is beautiful and the service was fast and the staff were very polite.

Already many times took there my family of four. Gret KOSHER food. Excellent soups, great pizza selection, sushi and more.
To my surprise my bill comes to around $35-$38 ..and it's for four people.
Whenever there is a party we're not bothered cz place is big.

Really love this place. Food tastes great, staff is VERY friendly. I always recommend Elite to friends who are asking for a dairy restaurant, and have brought many family and friends here.

They also handle large groups very well, I've had 2 experiences with this and both have been phenomenal. Food comes out very quickly, every single order done perfectly, with no complaints from my guests!
