My son really enjoys the indoor play area at the Dayton mall. It's so convenient when the weather is less than forgivong. My son also loves his Baber's work at the Headquarters barbershop in the mall. Everything we need under one roof
Nice place to shop, however needs more upper scale restaurants and shops
I go to this mall often as it is just minutes away from my apartment. Maybe a little too much but, I have no complaints. It has most of the popular stores to shop at and the food court has good food to offer after you've worked up an appetite from all the shopping.
Great mall! Sad that stores are closing. Sears went out of business.
Good for beginners .. Needs More health concious sponsers and endorsers
Was an excellent experience... Me and my son went to the Japanese restaurant called Sakura we have been going there for years and the man that owns that is always super friendly and always greets us with a smile as does his employees the mall was very clean very neat and tidy I enjoy going to the Dayton Mall and always have because it's a place you can go and just relax and Window Shop or do some real shopping
Everything you could want to eat, buy,go to movies......etc.
I have been coming here since I was a kid they have almost everything the food court is good from Taco Bell to gyros they have it free parking and is always secure and tidy
Sad to see it slowly emptying out and becoming more and more sketchy. But still neat enough.
Nice mall. Good selection of stores and places to eat.
It's a decent mall - the best you'll find this area without having to drive to Beavercreek. There could be a wider selections of stores & food court restaurants. There's always a lot of rowdy obnoxious teenagers/young adults there in the evening and on the weekends.
No one greeted us when we walked in the door though we heard them great others and we couldn't find what we we're looking for and the customer service person we ask had no idea what we were looking for
Beginning to look like a lot of other malls.....empty.
Gorgeous mall on the inside.... exterior leaves a lot to be desired. West end of building has newer construction... There have been MANY security incidents here, and my family and I do not feel safe here.
It is a small mall with little to offer, but it is quick and convenient if you need to access a Macy's or a JC Penney.
Good prices & delicious cherry lemonade from aunt anne's
Lot of improvement since couple years ago and good potential to grow. Also good location in Dayton area. Many new brands just recently move back here.
Good place to find clothes not that high in price's
It gets a FFF RATING THERE ARE NOT MUCH STORES AND TO MANY FORNERS THAT DON'T BELONG THERE THEY REP YOU OFF
Feels at times like it is dying... main center is a lively part of the mall... but then again, usually that is how it is with most malls these days.
Has a very nice and super well organized Hot Topic compared to 1 hour drive from this mall.
Well cared for even as a 60's era mall. Some closed - and closing - stores but still sunstantially intact. Not extravagant but nice enough to enjoy for hours.
Nice lil place to shop. Not to busy. Must try the food court. Foods great
It's been slowing disappearing over the decades due to poor management. Dont visit here much anymore. Get what you need and get out
This thing still alive? Seriously most of the stores have already pulled out.
Love Victoria Secrets! I go they're for my daughter and its her favorite place!
Its usually pretty decent there crowd wise. They have an ok selection of stores and the people inside of the stores are usually very friendly and helpful.
Anything and everything is at the Dayton Mall go shopping there you would lie with everything plus thank you Rosa carter
The mall itself is great. Just watch whose around you.... If you're in Macy's, good luck on finding someone to help you, let alone check you out !?!?
Of the major anchor stores, Elder Berman has most floor staff, and Penny's would be next. Holiday traffic will have some stores better staffed than others. Good luck.
Has lots of stores. Good place to hang out with friends.
I took my grandchildren there to pet puppies. They loved it.
The stores are ok, to me i Don't always feel comfortable going in, and when I do it is normally for something specific. Also when walking near the pet store I didn't even go inside and the smell lingered down the hall which was very pungent.
I can think of a few more stores they could add, like a See's Candies.
Great place for my kids to get all the sporting gear and outdoor equipment
Good selection of sporting goods good prices I'll be back again
Nice mall, plenty of parking and shops for everyone
The mall seems scary because of cops all over but the service is great and great layout
Guitar Center, GameStop, Kay Jewelers, and the small owned game stores are possibly my favorite reason to drive up here. I live 2 hours away and I always like window shopping and seeing all the cool new things.
Guitar Center has some nice employees and great service. Sadly, I wish there was more inventory for vocalists, studio monitor headphones, and midi keyboards. However, it's called Guitar Center so It's a pretty great place with a large selection of Guitars.
Kay Jewelers always has deals going on when I visit. I bought $4,000 worth of Jewelry for only $1,600. My wife was very excited and pleased with her gifts. Thank you!
Was at Sears specifically to buy a pair of work boots. Was treated good. The workers help me to find what I needed
It's a great place to bring kids to walk around on a rainy day. The indoor playground is a great place for a little one to run, but be wary if it is crowded as the grade school kids don't watch out for toddlers.
The food court is clean with plenty of seating (I recommend the Japanese spot if you're feeding a crowd: they have a "double meat" option for their chicken special that can feed 2-3 people for $9)
The Dayton Mall. My Where to Go as a teenager. The stores that I shop in, the food court, the nice restaurants. The bigness. I absolutely love it!
The mall doesn't have many stores to shop ln anymore, especially clothing for older people. We've turned to online shopping which I said I'd never do. But, even old people need clothes.
The main stores are Elder Beerman, Penny's, Macy's and Sears. It is a nice mall, but I don't go after dark usually. It is surrounded by many other stores that circle the main mall and have MANY restaurants close by.
That's Soul Vegan is the bomb diggity! I was in the mood for some homestyle cooking, so I stopped by the Dayton Mall today to check them out (located in the food court). The Soul Stuffed Meatloaf, Lip Smackin Mac, Soul Rolls and the Asparagus Fries hit the spot!!! There's no taste like soul!

Experience has really gone down hill the past several years.
Dayton Mall needs some new attractive Stores. Now Sears is gone, what will be next?
