The worst kind of professionalism at display after you pay up the money. I don't know at the undergard level but for admission in masters they have no depth. Before we signed up we had couple of meetings in those meetings we were assured that they will hold our hand and walk. The moment we signed up we were sent blank xcell sheets to fill information. They did jack all. In the visa process also they do nothing and ask to collect unnecessary documents. And then force you to right a review. I can go on and on... Very very unprofessional approach and no depth
