Great observation deck with amazing views of the city. There's also a museum included as well when visiting the observation deck. There's a bar at the top that serves good cocktails as well, it's called Museum Cafe - the Sun & the Moon.

The 52F landscape of the Mori Art Museum building is very good, and the number of people will not be much. You can also visit the Pixar show when you enter the ticket. If you really want to see the Tokyo Tower without going up to the Sky Deck, you'll have to wait a whole day for a person who is in Shiz mode (Koreans with a very high probability) to return to one of the windows one by one. Shibuya area can take good pictures with Mt. Fuji if day is good. It is recommended to see the whole Kimi Mori Museum. If you buy a combo ticket in Korea, you can see it at a lower price than a local ticket.

I wish they would put museums at the top of amazing buildings more often. Between looking at the exhibits and the fantastic views, there's so many things to look at. The view at night is absolutely stellar--the stuff of neo-punk, cyber dreams. Well worth the time and money to visit. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time there.
