Rooms on the lower floors are having the smoke smell but rooms on the 5th floor are fine. We changed our room from 3rd to 5th.Not a bad place to live but in this cost one can get better rooms too. Complimentary Breakfast is tasty and Staff is also friendly.

Terrible experience, very loud music till early hours of the morning.
Customer service terrible, after calling down to reception, was hung up on the second time, the third time was told i'd get a call back but did not.
Cleanliness was poor there was also a damp smell.
Thank god we only booked to stay one night. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone!

Paid them cash and they still charged the amount of an extra day to my card, had to carry my bags up to my not ready room myself upon arrival and to my surprise a tiny room cupboard for a room and they're charging more than neighbouring hotels that were cheaper at the time. It gets really noisy as night as they have a nightclub on the ground floor and one on the top floor, you really can't win with this place, the pool they say they have is a lie its actually on the roof of the sister hotel that's next to it,you can't say you have a pool if it isn't on your property. Just thought I'd try something new, you live and you learn. Learn fromy experience and stay away from this place if you value comfort and your hard earned cash. You'd be better off staying on one of those air conditioned bus stops.

Old property. Rooms are not well maintained. Property is over booked in season. However standards of 4 star not maintained
Breakfast is reasonably good. Wifi though provided free works only in the room. Lobby another code. However can't use it for calls. Neither botim nor what's app calls possible. Signals are not too good
We booked five rooms. 3 were good one not good and was too small that what is mentioned in their site.
We checked in it 7.30 PM. Rooms were not ready even at that time. Check-in time was 2.30 PM. Property is oversold and hence such situation.

At the time of booking we requested all five rooms on same floor and preferably upper floor because lower floors have lot of disturbances. However they did not cared for that.

Good hotel with nice decor. Breakfast buffet is very good for Indian cuisine. Also plenty of restaurants in the hotel. Hotel is situated Close to meena bazaar and other amenities. Good food around. Good staff and friendly service. Room service is good but not 10 out of 10 could be better. Overall good place.

The location of the hotel is really good. You can access the Dubai metro and the mini India market within 100-150 metres. The hotel is very well made. Did not try the lunch and dinner, as it wasn't complimentary. But, the breakfast was really good. They did not boast too many dishes, but whatever the limited dishes were there were very well prepared. The rooms are clean and the staff is really friendly. Overall, the hotel is really good.

I would not recommend this place for anyone.. It is not worthy of 4 stars at all.

3 of us reached the hotel at 5am, there was only 2 beds in the room, they bought a smaller bed for us, which was soooo hard, felt like sleeping on a table.

Tried to take a shower, the water was freezing. Told the receptionist about this, someone came up to check, apparently you have to keep the water running for 15/20 mins to get hot water, which is such a waste of water and time!!

The hotel has a rooftop lounge area, which plays the loudest music every single night... All can literally hear the bass all night long, also you can hear traffic outside really clearly, so we all didn't get good sleep for the whole time we stayed there.

The pool was small, nothing special. Also the lifeguard was like a strict teacher, watching us the whole time, felt very uncomfortable to do anything.

One night I went into the sports lounge to watch some football and play pool with my brother, I was in my scarf and abaya/burka. A lady came up to me and said i was not allow to wear what i was wearing in the sports lounge.. She said 'you are a lady there is all men here'..all i was doing was sitting on the table and watching TV, and she was also a women, so why was telling me to leave?!?!

This was so so shocking as we are in a Muslim country, surely we they have seen women wearing head scarf and abaya/burka before. Do i really have to wear less clothes to sit in a sports lounge.

I paid a lot of money surely I should be able use the facilities. Left me feeling very very embarrassed and upset. Last place I thought i'd receive Islamophobia in a Muslim country.
