Breakfast not at all good but hotel room and stay is pleasant
It's a good hotel. But for the price I paid, I think I should've got a better room. The reception is good except for 1 girl, I don't remember her name. The location of the hotel is very good. You will find a lot of Indian Restaurants nearby. Also, the Rajnikant restaurant inside the hotel is great and the waiters are super courteous.
I visited Royal Ascot it's very good hotel center of Dubai very near to computer market in Dubai.
Courteous staff that provided exceptionally speedy service and guidance during our Dubai trip!
Rooftop Lounge ambience is very good during winters
All was very good staff Sahil Lushelle and Gladis and Bellboys and jaon from coffee shop all excellent
Very accommodating staff and clean room with a good parking space.
Really great hotel. Good food & best service available. Awsome ambience & rooms.
Superb ambience. Excellent location. Lot of energy.
Very nice place to stay in Dubai located in the centre of city and has a good Cafe too for dining inside staff is also well behaved
Very old interior not neat and clean all activity closed swimming pool sauna bath jacuzzi no have facilities now no like this location
A quite and cozzy place to spend weekend
after a busy day
Nice place gud service amd friendly staff no oanguage problem
We went to roof top and it was amazing ... big screen showing IPL
Great stay and nearby good places to go around. Good for business stay.
Very good hotel, very good facilities are available here
The hotel location is good and the staff is courteous.
A very old property located in the busy commercial Bur Dubai area. The old wing can be avoided. The rooms are old and dated and Interiors are bit cramped. Some rooms have no view at all. Location is great though as key shopping hubs and food joints are around. Meena Bazaar and Computer market are a walk away. Burjuman shopping centre is a 15 min walk too. The hotel houses some shady old restaurants not popular for families.
Good hotel best location very close to meena Bazar. Very nice breakfast. Would like to visit again.
Stay here for a month.so far good . Room size is good. Staff are helpful
Quite good room. Food at Shanghai kitchen is awesome
A nice and clean hotel .. God willing I repeat his visit
This hotel very good because of good service and cleanness
This is the most beautiful place i had ever visited...
Comfortable Hotel, good food, top side pool, clean and comfortable beds. Shops and shopping center right opposite
Very well maintained and center of the city.
Staff hospitality is good.
Excellent services , near to all indian hotel, rani bazar mina bazar also near it.
There is plenty of places to stay entertained. The roof top is a good start with nice food and music and let's not forget Sheesha and then there are 2 Indian clubs if you enjoy watching dancers performing to Asian music
Good decor. Clean rooms. Delicious buffet. Comfortable stay.
Multi cuisine restaurant... Easy accessible in the heart of the city.
Nice hotel with good ambience and very polite staff
Improve WiFi connection and provide the shaving kits or attest instructions in room to call the concerned person
Another one "Indian made" hotel in Dubai. If you like that then you need to visit it. Basic rules in the pool area are not followed i.e. everybody jumps with its clothing in the pool the Gym area has similar issues and in general I would say that nobody respects the fact that in the facility do live others as well. Breakfast is very moderate. Location is ok metro station is 5 mins away. Near the hotel is it hard to find western restaurants except of fast food chains.
Once a well off hotel, 3 star I think. Now facing stiff competition and losing its standing
Nees to keep everything clean
For example the sofa beds bed sheets are the worst thing is their is holes in the sheets and marks or something
The hospitality here is home far away from home! Superb!!
Good service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Mina Bazar hence good for shopping. Nearby local food outlets also available. Hotel breakfast is good and has lot of choice of food. Excellent location for shopping and local food. Check in takes lot of time because of a little slow service of room allotment. Good hotel. Definably recommend. Worth the price.
Front office Staff is arrogant and not doing their duty correctly
Amazing Hotel and Great Rooms, We stayed there to Celibate our friends birthday, The arrangements were great and we had a very nice time there, Special Thanks to Mr. Shani for all the arrangements
Momi Wongai Jouquim good team work excellent customer service and skills to handle the guest
Nice hotel. Good spacious rooms, good breakfast. Easy on the pocket.
nice hotel, staff is helpful..near by shopping area meena bazar, day to day, street food also near by overall nice place.
Excellent hotel in the heart of the old Dubai area and close to the metro
- One of the oldest and most traditional hotels quite outside of Dubai, without of course having anything to do with the internationally known luxury of the area! Large room with double bed, old-fashioned mattress, with bed linen not covering it on the sides. The door to the balcony has been removed with the knob so that it does not open and so the ventilation of the room is only through the air conditioning unit! Mini bar fridge non-existent! The closet is big, but the "smell" that comes out when you open it, reminds you that it is not ventilated enough! The noise from the corridors is minimal, but from the side of the road very intense 24 hours a day! In general, the room is neatly classic, but several "stains" on the walls and ceiling, some "swellings" of moisture on the walls low and the "dusty" ceiling in front of the air conditioning cabinets, confirm that the cleaning of the space is hasty and maintenance minimal ! The reception areas are very stylish and the staff tries to be polite, but only within the limits of the "standard"! Also note that breakfast is very poor for such a class hotel! For example, boiled egg or omelette, chicken sausage, potatoes, croissants, bread and fruit salad, butter and jam at each table, for a continental breakfast. A few more small dishes for Asian type! The tables are at a great distance from each other and are cleaned every time, due to covid-19.
Also many small flies are presented in the wv but also in the water kettle. I come back, now that I have asked and they changed my room, due to noise from the outside main road, and for non-smokers and because there was no single available, they gave me a suite, with two toilets, separate arch, and living room with kitchen, like home normal. But even here, fortunately few, flies appeared. From the ventilation of the bathroom, came the smell of cigarettes, fortunately a few times!
In the corridors you see a ranch, ready to enter a room.
On the roof of the hotel there is a large bar area, for food and drink and entertainment for the locals! Of course, the only time we sat there, from the kitchen ceiling, 3-4 times, an unprovoked and quite large four-legged friend came down ... a mouse, which seemed very familiar with the space, as well as the staff! There is also the pool which is a nice and well-kept place! Large gym, saunas and spa, all very neat. Also the exterior of the hotel is very elegant.
Note that free wi-fi is a bit low, but Friday and Saturday weekends, it is "minimal"!
And after that, but also for value for money, I will review the initials 2 * and I will do them very leniently 3 *.
If you are an Indian travelling with family it s the best hotel you can stay in. Lots of Indian restaurants around as well as nearby to the Gold Market
Excellent service.location is near by for shopping. The rooms are very spacious.
Very bad place ! All Indians around ! No respect , no cleanliness of the room the next day ! Never visit here ! Breakfast is also ok , not that good !
