Downstream Casino Resort Review

The resort was beautiful & they took really great care of me!!! I'm a part of The Quapaw Nation & I consider myself Black & Indian now!!! Lol!!! You HAVE TO try the Bison Steak!!! You MUST also go to LEGEND'S & get two Downstreamers; (you can only purchase 2 in one setting...it's the rule)!!!

One of our favorite Casinos, only complaint is we've been to the buffet almost 30 times and there's NEVER any change. For $20+ need some variety. Not overcooked steak pieces, etc

We returned to Downstream several times. I made reservations at least 2 weeks in advance for 10/23/2019. Upon checkin we given an executive suite. Bed was extremely comfortable which helped with Tony's back issue. We had dinner at Spring River. Lots of options, (Surf and Turf night) I left my purse in the chair next to me and didn't notice until much later. Manager turned into security and everything was still there. So thankful. We did some gambling didn't when a lot but got to play for awhile. Really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks a lot especially for the suite. It's had to sleep in a hotel when your other half has back issues. See you soon.

Great time and plenty of nice machines to choose from. Definately recommend.

I love the loose slots then have every once in awhile.

My husband and I enjoyed our time there. Came out with more money than we expected and it exceeded our expectations. The only reason why I didn t give 5 stars was because I didn t really care for the smoke smell. Staff was super nice and helpful when we had issues. We are very happy and will be coming back ASAP.

Well in the past I had a good time and won when I played at Downstream but now they have reduced rewards to nearly nothing and winning is only done if you are spending a lot of money. They have mostly brought in machines that very expensive to play. When you play a penny machine and it costs you between 6 and 9 dollars a spin you do not play long before you are broke. This was my entertainment but it cost to much anymore and they have even taken away or reduced all of the monthly programs they were doing. They have very little business unless they have entertainment there...

Had a very relaxing and fun time! Best part was spending much needed getaway time with my husband. Secondly...I WON AND WON AND THEN WON SOME MORE!!!!! WHOAH! Guess I was on a lucky streak and I thank you DOWNSTREAM!!! We just LOVE SHAWN THE BELLHOP!!!!! Tip him well as he takes care of all your needs at DOWNSTREAM!

Good casino friendly to motorhome people. Lots if games and good food.

Comfortable rooms. Great food and many choices. Good service. Well-maintained casino.

Fun place for me and my husband to get away for the night,or the weekend. The rooms are very nice,and the food is great!

Nice casino, but good luck getting a drink or help with a machine... Service is obviously not a priority for them.

Nice Casino. Has lots of different games to play. Some older games and all the newer style games were available. At a restaurant that served Indian Fry Bread and Indian Taco's. Will be back at my next vacay there.

My wife and I celebrated Christmas meal at the casino. The food was excellent. The service was good. We had a great time!

Good time with a great deal on meals plus ride to and from Springfield, MO. Don't forget to bring your bus driver tip money!!

The food was good. They need more $5 blackjack tables open in the evening.

Would be better if there were designated smoking/non oking areas. Couldn't spend any time in the casino because the cigarette smoke was so thick.

The slot machines were so tight when you got a bonus spin it paid anywhere from 2 to 5 credits. If that is all bonus spin pays , then you shouldn't even have a bonus spin. This happened on multiple machines. I wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone.

Have a good time whenever I go. I've never won much money at all but they haven't ever robbed me blind so it's cool. They have solid food too.

I've been to that casino five times in one nothing they have the machines absolutely too tight the most I can win is $100 and I put that in the machine awful will not go back

Ok casino was too smokey for a non smoker and to many electronic games use to old games

Nice rooms. When comps were given it made for a good stay. Now its just too expensive. Games are tight. You will smell like a walking cigarette after 15 minutes of floor time. Not sure why they are going down hill. All you can eat crab is gone.

Nice hotel, wonderful service, dedicated enclosed Poker room,non-smoking area. Fun!!

I only went to cash in a voucher that my wife won. There was a shuttle bus waiting to drive me to the door when I parked. The service inside was nice. People were polite. But there were a lot of rude old ladies, like in any casino.

Service is great, rooms are nice, and the location is perfect.

The room was excellent but the spring river buffet was terrible

The casino was a pleasant atmosphere but I did notice that the landscaping was not as beautiful as it used to be, not sure has changed but it looked so bland. Also the entrance area in the casino display was nonexistent.

My FAVORITE Casino in the area. Amazing amenities at the hotel. You think you are in Vegas while staying here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So much smoke its miserable on the gambling floor. Coffee shop had bad coffee and worse pastries. Pools and hot tubs were lovely. Staff were courteous and professional.

We always stop here for lunch. They treat veterans well.

Win or loose... Nice day out... Would visit more often but a 2 hour drive one way with comps limited to twice monthly makes it just that twice monthly.

On may 30th we rode our motorcycle to downstream from Springfield mo. as we have many times before and as we always have parked in the motorcycle parking.We stayed until closing and gone to our bike to find that our jackets,gloves,our scarfs, and our bag of tools were gone.With the weather being cold coming in we knew it would be colder leaving we were stranded.We went in and told security what happened and they were no help to us whatsoever.We asked about there cameras and were told they didn t cover the bikes because of the trees.We made our report and at that point was just wanting to get home.We asked for old blankets to cut up and make a jacket,or jackets from lost and found,or old sweatshirts they don t sell anything only to be told no over and over again Before COVID we had all kinds of free rooms when asked about that we were told all they could do was 20% off a room we had just lost all the money we brought in the casino.The only thing they did for us was say we could sit in there lobby and gave us a bottled water only to be woke up by another employee telling me there was no sleeping while waiting on our ride . It was a very miserable night.Downstream should have claimed some responsibility for being robbed on their property it s not like they have lack of security on the premises.Downstream was absolutely no help to us at all.We have been to Downstream many times and this is a time when I feel exceptions should have been made to help us but they did absolutely nothing it was very disappointing seeing as though I hold them partly responsible for not watching our property as they should have don t know if I ll ever go back.Motorcyclist beware

People don't fall for there scams it's all false advertising

I live to far away to come all the time but would be nice to be able to get free gifts too. Today they got toilet paper holders....had a good laugh. Back when you had the silverware holder.....I wanted that so bad but I guess I wasn't in debt enough to get it

Liked Downstream. Nice size and selection of slots and tables. My only downside was the buffet. Food was okay but selection needs in improvement for $20. Servers did okay but need to be more of a waitress than just someone to bring my drink.

Why have the veterans parking been removed? This doesn't sit well with alot of people and vets. I will lose my money elsewhere and don't tell me people hit the signs, painting the parking lot ect 9mm

Played Slots and Blackjack tables. It was my first time playing Blackjack ever and the dealers were very nice and helped me throughout the game!

The atmosphere is great and everyone is friendly. I just hope I win someday. :)

Went for a company Christmas party, the service was really good and the event hall was huge. The staff was nice. Played a little in the casino. Not much of a gambler. Used the free play since I had never been before. Would go back again though.
