I ordered an orange juice politely, sat outside and waited for it to arrive. When the lady came out and handed me my drink she asked if I would like anything else. I said no thank you I'm fine at the moment.

Her response was blunt. No? Good.. dropped my drink on the table grabbed my number and stormed off.

I'd expect a bit better service than that. From a dome.

This is another upmarket Perth CBD cafe restaurant. The menu is good, the service is friendly and efficient. No waiting if you're on a limited time lunch break. Good coffee too. Given that I'm from Melbourne, I can say that this cafe is as good as any of our inner city cafes.

This was my first time ever eating at Dome. I wasn't really sure at first if there was table service. After waiting at my table for a few minutes I decided to go to the counter and order my breakfast.I ordered a flat white with their signature hazelnut sauce and a bacon on toast. The girl at the counter was abit lost as to how to bill the hazelnut signature add-on then she asked me how I would like my eggs done....(I clearly ordered bacon on toast). After a clear up my breakfast arrived. For such an establishment I was expecting some sort of garnish of tomato or something on my bacon and toast. Please see the photo I attached of my breakfast. The bacon was lovely no complaints I just wish there was some garnish.

Is what it is really. Big coffee chain that does consistently good coffee. Plenty of choice around though, so remember to consider the little guy too and mix it up. Solid go to though with that said

Came with Mrs for a brunch on Sunday. Food is good, but too many flies annoying us around while we were eating, and it was bit disgusting when you saw them staying on your food. Hope the owner can do something about this.

Good spot for breakfast particularly if you have kids as they have a kids menu and it's reasonably priced. Coffee isn't the best going round, particularly with plenty of choice in the city.

Fast service and nice location/atmosphere 5mins away from Elizabeth Quay bus station. Staff are nice, at one point they even got to know my order! Coffee and food are average for Dome. Free wifi was one of the main draw cards for me, which is fast and mostly reliable.

I paid @$25 for Bacon & eggs on toast with a side of chipolata and a large coffee.
The bacon was dripping with oil, the scrambled eggs were microwaved and rubbery, the chipolatas were overcooked, the toast was lightly browned soft white bread, and the butter was frozen!
So I paid $25 for a large coffee...

Save your money and eat elsewhere!

Ordered calamari & chips and toasted cheese and tomato. Chips was very oily, greasy and not edible. Toasty was soaky and horrible, with the melted cheese on the outside of one, indicating it most likely feel or something, and they still served it like that. Really bad experience.

Pretty good! The only place open when looking for breakfast on Sunday. The meal was nice, a bit dry and lacking flavour (salt shakers got a good workout), but well cooked, quick and fresh. Prices were a bit high for the portion size given. But, much kudos for actually being open!!

There is lots of seating here, more booths and power points than a "normal" Dome which might save your battery one day.

Has a small upstairs area with booths and armchairs only. Very comfy Dome.

The older major barista that works weekday mornings is amazing

I give 2 stars only because the customer service was acceptable. But the food was awful and charging $18.45 for a chicken ceasar salad is disgusting when you give maybe 50 to 100gms of dry chicken and a couple of 'bits' of cos lettuce. Our order total was $85 for ceasar salad, tiny quail size chicken parmi, 3 bowls of chips, 3 small cokes and 2 apple juices.

Pancake stack was nice and fluffy. The syrup soaked the bottom stack which was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time might order it on side. Good place to sit and relax for a late afternoon snack on the weekend.

I never enjoy the coffee much at any Dome. I had a big breakfast which was satisfactory. Nicer food and coffee can be had elsewhere for the same money but the setting is comfortable and suitable for a bigger group to sit comfortably. No real complaints.

Lightning fast service, always clean, very conveniently located with plenty of seating and booths. Expensive, but it is the middle of Perth and that should be expected. Great for big or light breakfasts, brunch, or whatever. Standard Dome menu, I believe. Despite the wealth of competition, I find myself coming here an awful lot lately.

Probably the worst breakfast we have had since being here on holiday. The staff were good but the food let you down. The toast was so under done it looked like bread not toast. I had to feel it to check it had been cooked. My side of mushrooms on the other hand had been cooked to within an inch of their lives but still managed to be cold. The rest of the breakfast was barely warm! My wife ordered a side of spinach with her eggs. She managed to get the whole portion on her fork in one go it was that small. Pretty poor for $ 38..

I ordered a large chai latte, was served a coffee, then was indeed served chai but medium and then I threw it because it tasted horrible and cold..one star because it used to be good in the past..

I personally like it! It is wide and pleasant, and the size of the drink is great.
Like this franchise chain cafe for several reasons such as spacious area, large cup size, much longer trading hours. Always having a good time whenever I drop by.

From my point of view, this place is great. It may not be top-notch, and may not be gourmet, but the food arrives fairly quickly, and tastes great!
I have had The Lot Burger and it was good. I can't comment on whether the meat is fresh or not (i.e. I don't know whether it was frozen) but it tasted good, as well as the other ingredients. The fries were great, even for my wife who is fairly picky with fries.
My wife had the smashed avocado with a poached egg (we've substituted the ciabatta for wholemeal bread), and it tasted fresh and the eggs were fairly well made (though could have used another 15 seconds).
We've moved to the Belgian waffle next. The waffle tasted freshly made, and was tasty. The fruit seemed to be fresh as well, and the ice-cream good, but not overwhelming.
At a separate time, we've also had the fruit salad and the stack of pancakes. Both were well made, and fresh. The mascarpone cream added to the flavor.
Overall, a good choice I would make again.
