Seriously one of the best if not the very best hostel we have stayed in in all of Europe. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, laid back, great travelers. We highly recommend!

It is located near the train and bus stations, about 15 minutes away, the center is about 10 minutes away. Without a series of Soviet-style buildings, but well conditioned. The reception is 24 hours, the staff is friendly and try to help you in everything. Highly recommended for backpackers

Super friendly, very clean, lively and close to the center

A little rough around the edges but cheap and in a good location. It's only open over schopl holidays as it's otherwise used to house pupils during term. Room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful, showers were hot and toilets all had paper! No aircon, and with the weather when i was staying it would have been welcome, but that's the world of budget accommodation.

A stone's throw from the center, indoor parking, good breakfast buffet! Good hospitality, even if improved as well as cleaning

The price / quality ratio was good. Because it is very cheap. Great if you are in the city. You have a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in. Staff was friendly.

Only the bathrooms were terrible. It smelled and you saw mold in all the seams.

Big students dormitory, that is being used as a hostel during summer holidays. Relatively clean, old wooden furniture. Lockers are made of wood with an attached lock, very easy to open without a key, so don't leave your valuables inside.

Jugendherberge, Youth Hostel, help yourself and be communicative!
The cheapest bed you can get in Ljubljana.

Lots of space in the room, good kitchen and nice outside courtyard to play and talk with friends. Just a few minutes away from the center. Also the receptionists were nice, too. The showers were old and they seemed a little dirty. Also expect a lot of noise at night (even though there are rules against it). If you can deal with the noise and don't mind the problem with the showers, this is easily a 4/5. Price: 172 // 3 nights // 4 persons

Nice clean place to stay. Easy check in. Breakfast included. I was in a 3 bed female only room. Lockable wardrobes each and bathrooms/showers appear to be on each floor. Air conditioning would be welcomed and the staff weren't great at giving directions. But it's in an easy walking distance of the centre of Ljubljana and the bus station.

Typical youth hostel, large complex with several buildings. Good price-performance ratio. Centrally located, a few minutes to the train station and a few minutes to the old town. There is no more breakfast. Well-equipped communal kitchens, fridges much too small for the crowd.

Good placement, and it's cheep as all hell, but the best part is the wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful staff at the front desk.

Nice hostel near to the city center with great and efficient staff. Toilet and showers are shared and the rooms are big and clean. Kitchen and lounge rooms are available and the reception is open 24/7. When I stayed there it was possible to pay only with cash.

Doggy place. Friendly staff. Not cozy, quite weird atmosphere because it is an old building. Not really clean but quite handy. Close to city centre, parking space and cheap .

Nice place to sleep if you like the budget. Twin bed room with lots of space. Shared clean showers and toilets. No air conditioning but a fairly cool building

Great! Great location to visit the city center! Hostel clean and with super polite and helpful staff. Only up the 3 floors of block B of stairs that was a bit difficult on account of luggage, but I recommend and will be back!
