This is very poor call center.. There is nothing do like human.

I worked there in MTS department as technical support and i have very bad experience the management was very bad ...

I hated this place because of its recruitment system

Unprofessional people. They take money to hire you.

Verry good offices and professional services. No doubt it's a reputed place if you want to get a job in BPO sector.

Faltu HR Services and faltu management. One day they select candidate and other day they loses documents of candidate and give feedback that candidate is not selected for that process. Worst experience in 6 yrs carrier with bpo sector. I suggest people to never go for interview in this office . Simply wastage of time.HORRIBLE

Salary issue and management is not gud.. they are lacking on cordination

Chasing them since 1.5 yrs for full and final cheque and releaving letter

Call centre for local processes like Food Panda, dish TV, etc

The infrastructure is good but the peer pressure on calls that killing! Salary is also reasonably low.

Was a long queue outside the company for interview. But now the company has acquired by carvy so the name has been changed to carvy.

Many process in this company.some process are very good but dishtv is very bad process salary issue monthly payroll change and not informed any agent.

This is a worst company...making fool of candidates....their hr team call to candidate for interview and once he/she reached den they make fun of those candidates and dont have etiquette to speak with the candidate.

Ekta Mishra (HR) of this company is very ridiculous person, she always calls so many job seekers to increase her count, even though that opening is already closed. Guys please think twice before going for an interview in this company where ekta will show excessive ego & attitude to you, instead of sharing relevant information

Very nice working place with nice people and on time salary

Don't go there looking for a job unless you're just looking for a uncivilized village where noone wants help anyone. Worst place to work!!! Be it agent level or higher level, you'll regret your decision and you'll never be paid on time. Imagine a situation where your manager would hung up on you whenever you'll call for help and he/she would insult you whenever you'll make a mistake... Choice is yours !!!

No professionl enviorment. They waist candiadates time unnecessary. HR behavior is unprofessional

It is now karvy company,they always waste your time for an interview

Digicall is now Karvy. A lot of unprofessionalism need to improve on recruitment team.

i think karvy will do some good to make all his management correct especially his executive are suffering due to some ppl, they think the company is there dads property.I request karvy and ER person special who check dis comment do a survey in all process,make process management under control. so, that executive dont suffer due to some non sense ppl. company is not bad but due to bad management which is not take caring of his insource ppls means executive who make money for company.

Its a good place to get a job as a fresher...and you wont be disappointed on being there
