Clean, friendly staff, and alot of different food options. What more can you ask for?

Love going to the movies! This theater has been opened much sooner than other states, which is great! I like the stock!

Excellent food, excellent service, and superb management.

Overall, the staff is friendly and they care about the customer experience.

Had an issue tonight with customer service. I had a pricing dispute, talked to what I assumed was management about the issue which offered no solution, only "what can I do for you?" $22 for a diet dr. Pepper and a cheeseburger with no bun and no sides with bacon. To the young lady who was my server, you did an excellent job and I'm sorry I could not leave a tip tonight. I've seen 20 to 30 movies a year since they opened and spend roughly $35 each visit. Not sure I'll be back, I'm stubborn enough to drive another 20 miles to see a movie if I'm not treated well. Wish it would have been handled better. Very disappointed in management.

Theatre is great itself. Food was delicious however it did take them three times to get our two orders correct.

Don't advertise the movie time as "full service, dine in" if you're going to close the kitchen and concessions 20 minutes into the movie.

LOVE THE INSIDE OF THE ACTUAL DINE IN THEATER! The recliners are amazingly comfortable when watching a movie. The food is okay, concessions are very pricey though. But overall, I do recommend!

Rude staff. stale popcorn. Wouldn t give a refill on a large popcorn even though we are stub hubs member. Made me download the amc app (5 minute process) instead of looking up my phone number (10 second process)

So it's cold as hell in this theatre
The landing from one row of seats to the next is so short everyone that rocks their chair back n forth, the seat will hits your feet very uncomfortable
Then the movie won't even play right so they have to restart it over
They restarted the movie & gave out passes

First time going since AMC took over Carmike. Went to see Guardians Vol 2 on my first day off in two weeks. Went to a 2:45 showing in the dining side. No one was posted to take tickets and direct to theater. Theater signs were off making it hard to tell where to go. Finally found an employee to ask where I needed to be and they directed me to theater 3. Walked in and Gifted was playing about an hour and a half in. Other customers were in there for guardians as well and asked me if I knew what was going on. Between the three of us we went and asked three times. Only to be reassured all times that they were having issues and they would get it resolved shortly. Eventually someone came to get us to move to another theater.... By the time the previews actually started it was 30 minutes after the scheduled showtime.
Honestly seemed like the employees just weren't properly trained to handle such a situation or to adjust to the changes in policies I'm sure AMC has implemented. Wasn't that they were incompetent, just undertrained.
On that note never have I had such a horrible experience at the movies. Things were always fine with Carmike.
I thought I would treat myself on my day off to see a movie I've been dying to see. Instead I only got a headache. I'd be surprised if I went to another AMC again. I'd rather drive an extra ten minutes to go to Hollywood in Topeka.

Great food... drinks a little pricey but overall we had a great time.

Excellent theater, great seating, clean facilities with helpful and polite staff. Pricey food and beverages but reasonable ticket prices. Highly reccomend!

Joined the AMC Club and have saved over $200 this year. With ticket savings and concession stand $4 popcorn.

Terrible food to seat service; our assistant had the worst attitude I ve encountered in a service oriented job. I d give 0 zero stars if that was a valid option that would still let me give a review! I regret trying to support this business. Disorganized and NOT worth the effort during COVID. Save your money, save the frustration and JUST STAY HOME!!!

Major upgrade from the Seth Childs Theater. Don't have to sit through an hour of commercials, great sound and picture.

Anytime we go to the movies for most part it is a great experience. Yummy food from the kitchen to he concessions. The staff is normally very friendly and the theaters are very clean. There has been a few super busy times in which the bathrooms are dirty before a movie but normally by the time the movie is over the bathroom clean and fresh and restocked. Great place!+

Surround sound and dine in theatres. With good food that isn't overpriced. Prices of the food are comparable with other restaurants around town.

Laid back, great great great food and service is awesome while not interrupting your movie

Wonderful staff and great prices for movies but the food is ok and the prices are high.

This is probably the best movie theater I've ever been to. The reclining seats in the dine-in theatre are amazing and the food good with unique selections. However, dinner and a movie for two is pricey.

Relatively new theaters that are well maintained. The employees are typically competent and friendly and do a good job.

Problems include understaffing during busy times, prices that are too high in the dine-in theaters, and too much preference given to their loyal rewards members. Basically, if you don't join their club and allow them to market to you mercilessly (even though you only go to a couple movies a year), you're going to overpay and experience unreasonable waits for concessions, etc. A personal pet peeve: You have to put butter on your own popcorn, which is fine in theory. In reality, you end up with too much "butter" on top and zero for the bottom 3/4.

These aren't great theaters. They're average.

Like the Tuesday' s at AMC nice deal on movie tickets. Staff is friendly and Interior is clean and comfortable.

Superb management, excellent food quality, and amazing reclining seats. This full service cinematic dining experience is to die for, especially the nachos.

It's what you'd expect from an AMC Dine in! Great food, good service, but most of all, large reclining chairs!

I really enjoy going to this movie theater. It has a nice little lounge area and a bar. But the food prices are kind of expensive. So if you want to save money try eating before you go.

Have to say hands down this is the best ml oviedo experiance I have ever had. The movie theater has a full restaurant and bar. You can take your food with you into any of their theaters as well as drinks.

However for best experiance watch your movies in the dine in theaters. Full reclining chairs and tables built right into your chairs with menus ready and waiting for you. Press the service button at anytime and the staff will be right there to take your order. You can order anything from the kitchen or bar you want. The food from the kitchen is really good though it is a tad pricey, but the quality is on par for the price.

Love the reclining seats and being able to pick your seats online. Veryclean theater with lots of food options (this is where you'll spend most of your money.)

If I could give 0 stars I would! For the price not worth it! We went to watch Sing on the first day and the movie went black towards the middle of the movie only sound for a good 4 mins they tried to fix and rewind it was horrible.

Great service, people are friendly, seats are comfy. Only reason It's not 5 star is because of how outrageously expensive the food is. To each their own tho, still an amazing theatre!!!

Just moved here, and went to the movies about 4 times now. Every time I had perfect service and enjoyed the view :) although food and drinks are on the expensive side(but that s litterly every movie theater)

Best movie theater in the area. IMAX is fantastic, and the dine-in at the other screens is superb with outstanding food and very quick service.

The seats were very comfortable. The wait in line was long, it was not organized very well. They did apologize but.... They should have a line for people who are not planning to buy any food and drink. An OK experience.

I have been here twice!!! Please believe that it is the most EXQUISITE....BEAUTIFUL,THEATER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE IN ANY STATE !!! THE WORKERS ARE RESPECTFULLY KIND AND FOOD SERVERS IN THE DINE IN THEATER ARE EXCEPTIONAL IN THEIR SERVICE.THE COOKS MUST BE ANGELS FROM HEAVEN BECAUSE the foods served to us were not just fast food but GOOD FOOD... BLESSINGS TO ALL WHO MAKE THIS PLACE LIKE HOME.! PLEASE LET'S ALL BE GRATEFUL TO HAVE THIS TO GO TO....AMEN!!!!

This place is amazing. We live in Topeka and regularly make the trip to Manhattan just to see movies.

Love this theatre. It's always clean and never crowded. The dine-in threatre offers items you won't find at the concession stand.

Great time, a little more expensive than if like but I understand.

The prices for IMAX are definitely worth it. Also has a full bar and a way to order food before you get there.

Best theater experience. Worth the extra drive and cost.

Burgers pricey but taste great and are over 1/3 pound.

Great theater. Tickets are pricey, but that doesn't keep me from the theater.

Incompetence at its finest. Charged me too much because employee couldn't figure out how to work the machine. Also couldn't figure out how to key in an email address so my card couldn't be entered costing me points. Tried to get them to fix my wrong food order and they wanted to charge me yet again.

The theater itself is great. Ordered food for the first time it was fresh and hot! However, after ordering drinks for the second time I was highly dissatisfied. My watermelon margarita taste like I was drinking grapefruit juice and lemon juice. Very acidic.
