Horrible customer service. Overpriced hookahs. Stay away.

Deco Drive Cigars is the best place on Lincoln Road to have a drink, relax and people watch. It's conveniently located on Lincoln Road and Washington Ave; right in the heart of South Beach.

This place makes a bad day into a good day, great staff, Cesar especially with his great service and smile and honest opinion on the tabacco so you can make a good choice on which flavors to smoke. Food there is awsome. You cant go wrong with this place. The shisha head is decent size( takes 4 coals to finish and not 1 coal like some other places in miami).

Went on Halloween, wait was not bad for a table but it took forever to get the hookah. They told us there is a 1 drink per person despite what you order. Pretty crazy if you think about it. Already spending ~$40 on a hookah and have to buy $20 in drinks!! Overall hookah was pretty good, probably best on Lincoln Road. Definitely not the best I've ever had.

The service was good, but their price is so high. They charged me twice when I ask to refill my hot tea. It was just hot water and tea bag for 6$??

We only had one beer but everything went very well !!

We had a good experience by coming to this place. The coolest mojito with a real sugarcane I've ever tried and very good hookah quality comparing to other places around. Service is also great, special thanks to Josef, who was very friendly and helpful.

The hukka was good but the service could get little better. Not that the waitress was rude or forgot anything but she was taking too long to ask for additional orders. Overall it s a good place to hangout for guys while your girlfriend is shopping.

Super place for hookah but waiter is always busy with girls so just ask for everything before he leaves

Friendly staff but the service is slooooow. 25 mins to receive 2 hookahs, 15 mins to receive drinks, 35 mins to receive hummus and bread!!! Hookah had weak smoke and the pipes where old so you could taste previous flavoured hookahs.

Good place to smoke hookah :)) They have many flavors and they do it quite well compared to other places in the area. Staff is very friendly. :)) definitely highly recommended!

Caesar was awesome.. very knowledgeable and courteous...best place in town to get cigars and sit and smoke them

Opened until late hours, drinks are great, food isn't that good, cigar humidor with a handful selection.

Expensive but a good place to sit on the strip and smoke a cigar.

This place was awesome! We had Prime Rib and Caesar salad with shrimp; nice pours on the wine and top notch service....for Cigar bar late night we were impressed!

Ceasar is the best. Ask him anything. He'll have an answer. He's the manager.

Horrible experience! Terrible service, terrible food and overly priced. We witnessed the manager/owner treat two girls in a derogatory manager using foul language and kicking them out because they wouldn't order the drink minimum. Really! What happens if you don't drink? I can not believe they are in business with such lack of customer service. Never again.

The outdoor seating in the middle of the mall is NIIIIIICE. Great friendly staff. Small cigar selection but drinks are fairly priced. The rating is for the service. Impeccable.

The place is very nice but a I had a very disapointing experience. A limited choice. Prices quite higher than other fancy cigar joints. I took a classic Montechristo tagged for 14 USD and was charged 18 USD by the Cashier...

Food was stale. Manager publicly insulted another customer using extremely derogatory offensive language. I will not return.

Atrocious service; we were with a party of six and all ordered something with chicken. After half an hour the waiter came back and told us they were out of chicken, after which we just left. Don t understand why he couldn t just have told us when we ordered as it wasn t that busy.

Great selection of cigars. Good service. Nice staff and outdoor seating. Prices are on par for cigars. Just wish they had some fans to help cool down the hot July weather.

The place is ok. Hookah was not strong and then the drinks took a while to get here. Service is slow. We came when it was not busy as well.

Great hookah joint with decent drinks. Value for Money for the hookah is amazing. Great place to hangout and relax..! Service is decent too so its hard to get disappointed.

I spent nearly $40 on a cigar and a drink but they wouldn't bring me a glass of water. I was told by the employee at the counter to ask someone else but there was no one else!
Over-priced and marginal staff.
No reason to go back.

This place is suck, cheap and sooo bad hookah I ever tried. Manager was so rude and aggressive.So overpriced , not worsted at all. Bypass this place.

I totally dislike this place, the manager is a very rude person. I said I didn't want my food anymore because of his attitude and he still charged me for it. He was smoking a cigar, inhaled and exhaled all the smoke in my face. On top of that, none of the servers speak English, neither they know the menu. When I asked my waitress what type of Sauvignon Blanc she had, she responded Pinot Grigio. Completely awful experience.

Fantastic! Davidoff cigars...what else is there to say? Very attentive to your every need. I never saw the bottom of my wine glass. Very well done!

It was a fun hangout place with friends. Hookah smoking brings with it conviviality. Staff was helpful.

They need to remove cigars from the name. Horrible selection and then they add 18% gratuity for what??

3 of us came for a bite tonight before going out. My one friends food came out right away, when we have been waiting for 25 minutes since then and still no food. The two of us only ordered panini's... not even busy is the disappointing thing and we were told the cook was very busy. We asked where our food was and told on its way out. 10 minutes later our food came out. Service was very sub par. Food was fine. To top it off they refused to comp at all after such bad service.

Great atmosphere, food, hookah and service. The pricing was decent when considering you are in South Beach. Will definitely visit here on my next Miami trip. I highly recommend the pizza.... fantastic and a big thank you to the host. He was personable, funny and honest in his opinions. Great spot to visit if you like hookah and cigars!!!

The drinks are ok, but the service is unreasonable. If you want to pay, you wait 30 minutes. since the staff looks everywhere, simply not whether a guest wants to order or pay anything. Finally, cheekily demand the tip.

Nice open air space to enjoy a cigar and Beverage, however the prices are extremely high. As I was told, welcome to Miami Beach!

Came here one night during our trip to miami to try to relax and enjoy a stick while the girlfriend was shopping. Great atmosphere outside. Not impressed at all by their selection. They didn't have either one of my go to sticks (pretty mainstream stuff - New World Conn. & Nub Maduro). I went with a $20 Davidoff. Good smoke, but the server dude wasn't that friendly. All I needed was a mineral water, brought me out a bottle, acted bothered that I asked for a glass with ice too. $7 pelligrino....

Girlfriend wanted to shopagain the next day so I came back to have a glass of scotch. Inside was empty and there was a girl behind the bar that ignored me - I asked manager for help and he said he would be right with me. I waited like 5 minutes while I saw him BSing with another employee. I walked out of there.

Cigar businesses are usually professionally ran by some of the most friendly people in the world, my interactions here felt more like I was going into a gas station in a bad neighborhood - pitiful.

An excellent spot for cigars, conveniently located on the Lincoln Road Mall. Excellent mojitos. Great service. Very good selection of cigars.

On arriving into Miami I was on the look out to find a hookah lounge , it did not take me long to find the perfect spot. Deco cigars not only had incredibly attentive friendly staff but great Shisha too . Chris was incredible as all the staff were , his attention to detail and friendly personality made my daily visit a must . Planning on another visit soon to Miami , looking forward to chilling there again .

Disgusting place. Outdoor patio stained. Reluctant to sit there but obliged (to enjoy the breeze and order from there). Server was rude and inconsiderate because we went to Starbucks prior to going here. We asked for a menu and she told us we couldn't see the menu nor could we sit there because we had Starbucks cups. After she told us this we promptly moved right over to Starbuck's outside dining area giving her NO trouble whatsoever. I could see if this patio was full but it was completely empty except for two people..but again we did so peacefully. Well, after our experience my husband wrote a negative review warning other Starbucks lovers of this businesses practice. Then, the OWNER of this place lied and said that we were "uncooperative". Dear owner PLEASE post the video of us being "uncooperative". After she told us to leave we promptly left and so without giving anyone a hard time (as we are professionals...something you clearly lack). Also, while we were there they yelled at another gentlemen that was so disgruntled that he spilt his coffee all over his white shirt while trying to get up and move. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Read the other horrible reviews as well. Individuals who have lived here 20+ years stated the staff is the rudest they have encountered. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews...please learn from us.

P.S. Apparently the owner likes to slander potential customers. Stated that "they only serve ladies and gentlemen" in his/her response to our review. If you like Starbucks that means you must not be "up to their standards". We are college graduate professionals who do not tolerate ignorance especially from ill-mannered individuals. Dear repugnant owner, instead of arguing with others how about learning from this experience and educate yourself on how to handle this situation better.

The girl in the cigar store was very nice, but seemed to know little about cigars. As i smoke 3+ a day, not a biggie. Cigars were pricey, but being in miami and a block away from the beach, it is what one would expect. Outside waiter was very cool, but $9.00 for an iced cafe con leche while they are next door to starbucks? Well, they got one coffee out of me. Nice sitting area outside, and being from new york, i can do this in december any time.

Good service for Lincoln rd restaurant, i got rusty nail and my girlfriend got moscow mule , both were great , got ribeye stake was excellent :-) not that pricy and good spot to chill , we got fun.
