Beautiful and often also select furniture made from passion and love for the material and the love of the forms!

Nice spacious shop.
Unfortunately, the price level is decent, the products are of very good quality, but there is little choice between different price ranges.

Staff somewhat distant and not always friendly. That could be better.

And last point for improvement: do something about the completely worn-out elevators, they do not fit (anymore) in the current luxurious appearance of the store.

Woonijhuis Nijhof is located at Minervaweg 3 in Baarn., Directly at the exit of the A1 motorway. You can park your car for free in a large parking lot. Even for the wheelchair user it is easy to find his / her way from the car to the entrance.

Nijhof is an inspiring living concept, of which no second can be found in the Netherlands. It has over 20,000 m2 of living inspiration and 80,000 high-quality construction and home items, hundreds of quality brands and, above all, friendly & professional staff. Nijhof has all the ingredients that make a wonderful day of home shopping a joy.

Due to the variety of home inspiration items, you can easily spend a half day in the store. On the outside area, the garden furniture is invitingly displayed and you can choose to enter the "Riverdale fashionable living hall" directly on the right, which in turn is connected to the VT living hall.

If, after one hour of living inspiration, you need to strengthen the inner person, then a visit to the indoor restaurant "La Place" offers relief. Here you can relax and enjoy a delicious lunch or a simple snack. Even a simple dinner is possible at very reasonable prices.

Nijhof is open every day from 9 am to 5.30 pm and has a late night shopping on Friday until 9 pm. On Sundays you can go there from 11 am to 5 pm.
In short, plenty of opportunity to visit this unique store at the time that it suits you to take in all the living inspirations.

What an extensive range. With products that you do not find on every corner of the street. Moreover, the employees have real professional knowledge. The inspiring presentations are also great. Highly recommended!

Was not as varied anymore as before. Much less too! It was all one style. Last year there was a wide variety of styles. No special and unusual things anymore. Messy, but they were clearly working on a redesign ... must also happen, but it was very empty in some places. This certainly did not invite you to come back again, while it used to be a party to browse around.

really unheard of poor follow-up of agreements made. Feel free to skip their web shop, see below:

On November 1 I ordered 2 LED cord dimmers via the Webshop.

Monday, November 13, so almost 2 weeks later I will contact you by email because I have heard nothing more. No reaction.

I try to get in touch 3 times by phone on Thursday November 16, but the phone remains unanswered.
I then send another email the same day asking for an update. No answer.

On Friday November 17, I call again and the call is actually answered. The lady who speaks to me makes a note of my details and indicates that I will be called back that day ... no follow-up, nobody has called me.

Monday, November 20, I will call again and I will get someone on the line to find out. I receive an email the same day that the item is not in stock and that people are waiting for an answer from the supplier when they can deliver.

After not hearing for 10 days, I am completely done with it on Thursday 30 November. I call up to 3x again, no response the first time. The third time I speak with Ingeborg. She tells me by phone that Nijhof will solve it and that I will be called back that day to find a solution. She also confirms this by email, see below.

It is Friday December 1 11 am and I still have to be called . I did receive an email indicating that the order was canceled at my request, no further information.

Your website is proud of how great you are not organized as a team. I'm sorry, but that seems rather out of place. Little pisses me off like not keeping appointments. Failure to answer phone and email, creating false expectations indicates that you are nothing more than amateurs, at least in terms of customer service and running a web store.

Large shop with a wide range, both for "do it yourself" people, and buyers of kitchen items, etc. There is also a LaPlace restaurant, so it can be a great outing.
What disappointed me was the handling of a defective product, for which I did not automatically receive a replacement.

We come to Nijhof every now and then. I always find it very messy. It would be nice if a little more attention were paid to the display of the beautiful expensive furniture. Particularly when dusting mirrors and lamps there is a haze everywhere. VT live and Riviera Maison pleased. A corner with slightly less expensive furniture would also be nice.

Here you can find everything you need for your home and renovation. From barbecues to showers. The employees are very friendly and always willing to help you. You will also receive free advice. And you can also enjoy a delicious snack and a drink in the beautiful La Place restaurant.

A month ago I ordered and paid for towels. I stopped by again, because all this time I received neither Nijhof language nor sign. At the bathroom counter I find two employees who were more involved with each other than with their work. They did not provide me with the ordered towels, but did provide a customer experience.

Good service provided to slow food juice juicer. The top part could no longer be detached. New upper part received. Device was purchased from Nijhoff 3 years ago. So basically this was out of warranty.
