A pleasant place, nice, excellent service, very nice everyone the room is cool

The restaurant is very cozy, two floors, with live music on weekends, very tasty beer (beer, brewery directly in the hall behind the glass).

Nice clean rooms, good restaurant, cozy hallway. I had a comfortable stay, had a possibility to leave my devices on charge after checkout.

Nice hotel, rooms are not large (superior standard), but comfortable, everything is quite new, good bathroom, good bed, including mattress and linen, pillow can be chosen from five or six options, there is a coffee maker in the room, daily cleaning, slippers, bathrobe. .. Everything in the restaurant is fresh, tasty and of high quality, although there is no particular variety from day to day, but there is plenty to choose from.

Good and inexpensive beer in the restaurant on the ground floor that they brew themselves.

Good place to host a team meeting, but they don't provide appropriate microphones for the teleconferences.

For me it is the best solution for business trip. Comfortable, well placed and extremely clear.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere. I recommend using Uber to get to the city center for around 3 euros. Close to the hotel only a large supermarket located inside a very expensive medium-sized mall.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mercure Kiev. This staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The facilities were neat and sufficient. Breakfast catered well for all dietary requirements.. However, the area in which the hotel is situated is not very nice and lacking facilities for people with disability. As South Africans, where we are spoiled for choice of some of the best restaurant in the world, we found the restaurant at the hotel expensive with limited alternatives in the area.
We would stay there again for a short visit. After 3 days, you will be limited as to where to go and what to eat.

Really nice place. I stayed there on a business trip....clean rooms, nicely designed, good food in the canteen, nice personnel.

Excellent hotel, good service and fresh repair. The room has a TV with usb, does not accept all video formats, but still great. Great gym with a large amount of equipment for the hotel, and a swimming pool. Breakfast is good, the selection is quite varied.

Receptionist Alina at the reception has guests, very attentive, communal. She told and answered me all the questions that interest me. I would be glad if it was she who met me next time at check in !!!

There was an excellent hotel for business trips: a fairly convenient location, wonderful breakfasts, comfortable rooms. I think I m wiping out money when visiting Kiev "for my own".

Spacious halls. Climate control. The wardrobes only work until 4pm

Staffs service level were to low. Hard beds with bo matress. The area around the hotel is really noicy and dirty. And there is a really big construction work going on near building a new road, that makes it hard to walk to the Metro and go in to city. Better stay in town if you are a tourist.

A good hotel in Kiev just a little expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well furnished.
