totally unprofessional. I have emailed them a question 3 times already and no answer. I emailed to the address they provide on the phone yet nobody bothers to answer. This is so ridiculous!!!

The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the hours. They are closed from 12-1:30, but it's not listed anywhere on the site. I got the 5 minutes after 12, so I had a bit of a wait. Besides that, I don't have a complaint. They were very helpful, especially Chantal, she went above and beyond for me and it was SO appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!!
