Spectacular, luxurious, unbeatable and excellent treatment.

Excellent. Clean, quiet, elegant. Everything is really close to you five stars. Without a compliment. The meaning of hygiene and honesty are the title for that

Good food, large baths with big tubs, but starting to show it's age. Comfy beds and on the Nile.

The hotel is very nice .. I attended there event .. The organizer was very nice and the service was nice and the buffet was great both breakfast or tomorrow and the people there are professional and nice

They have piano played in the reception area which is very soothing. We went to the Oak Restaurant which was a very pleasant experience. I feel the hotel needs a revamp to compete with the newer built ones .

Beds and pillows are quite uncomfortable, room service isn't bad but not the best!

The service is excellent, the breakfast food is wonderful, you have a lot of variety of both salty and sweet and there are things that prepare you at the moment and they serve you at the table. It has a swimming pool, terrace with breathtaking views, and stoves to keep cool. Free WIFI. The rooms are huge with incredible appointments to Cairo.

Ok, but the TVs are old, which makes it feel dated. No access to netflix We asked for a HDMI to connect our laptop, but they didn't even have that.

Staff are gorgeously welcoming and the location, pool, spa & gym facilities are awesome.

As far as locals say it was one of the best 5 star hotels in the area. The bed, pillows are super comfortable and clean, but the furniture needs a little bit of renewal. Employees are very helpful. Contrary to what was said, Check in and out took at most 5 minutes in total. The reception was friendly and helpful. Executive Lounge is very nice. Breakfast and dinner were enough. There were only cakes and strawberries in the afternoon. It has a beautiful view.
Use Uber absolutely. We went to 125egp by uber to the airport road where the taxi drivers in front of the door wanted 500egp.
The reason I shed 1 star is because there was some odor in the room. The air conditioner started heating after 1 hour, though it was insufficient. It might be for safety. All the lamps were off their sockets.

It was a time when security was bad, so it was one of the leading foreign hotel hotels. It was comfortable if it was in the hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located but the furniture is worn out and the curtains do not close well

Room service is bad. We asked for an electrical adapter for a whole day, they didn't bring it to us and in the end we took it from reception

We asked for an iron and the same case they didn't bring us
And the response is one at a time, minutes and you will have!

In the lobby we ordered 2 tea, the bill was 140 EGP

Very nice and pleasant place, I only tried 2 restaurants which was good

The fatal treatment, we went with the reservation made and paid from Madrid and when we arrived they told us that there was overbooking and that they could not give us room in any hotel because it was all full. They ignored us with a smile. A shame

On the Nile directly and in the center of the city easy to navigate
