I was bothered by poor reception delaying confirmation of my reservation

Just perfect. I love how friendly every body here. The rooms are a bit classic, big and very comfortable. I can get Nile view from almost everywhere in the hotel. They have nice buffet for breakfast and lunch, and always Fresh bakery and juice. The housekeeping are so helpful, they almost changed the room design to help me work in a more comfortable settings.

Highly recommend the place. The hotel is really good and the staffs there are the best trained ones in whole of Egypt. In overall : an excellent 5 star

HORRIBLE. The staff very rude. Upon arriving at the hotel they did not give us room wanting to leave us on the street because there was overbooking. They laughed in your face and it seemed funny ... Fatal!

Very good hotel and good restaurants, prices according to the category of the hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff, breakfast very good. the only thing is that there are a lot of Arab clients who are not used to seeing Western women and become very shameless and heavy in common areas, coming to lack respect, which makes women very uncomfortable.

It is the second hotel I use in Cairo and I liked it a lot. The facilities are very well maintained and any problem is solved quickly. The rooms on the lower floors are a bit noisy, so I recommend booking them as high as possible. From the 18th floor they have an over cost of 65. But they have some details that affect the general good opinion. One was that the quality of the Asian restaurant disappointed us a bit. The other was that you have to discuss with the staff to get certain things: a change of room (we were told that there was no void but, when we threatened to leave, they gave them to us) and the charge for the use of the mini bar (that we had not or touched). The buffet breakfast is exceptional, in variety and quality.

The hotel is beautiful .. If you come in Arabic, you will get tired of finding a place to park or leave the faces of the hotel, but dearly.

From the moment you walk in the hotel reeks of stale cigarettes because people also actually smoke indooors. The Rooms smell musty. Plumbing is barely working. Food mediocre. Glad I didn't stay longer than a few days.

My rating won't be considered as a comprehensive review as I just attended a meeting there. But nice lobby and entrance and professional welcoming staff.

A respectable hotel and a respectable management and I thank the receptionist Nourhan for the Secretariat Summit in professionalism in less than 5 minutes received card room. A very simple observation when leaving there is a delay in the Czech check on the semen bar. Thank you I hope to repeat the experience and recommend the experience.
