Long wait and no real hop / on bus.

Long wait and no real hop / on bus.
The driver himself had no reader to scan the pre-electronic tickets.
Here you had to pick extra paper tickets at the starting point.
Since it is a small city bus and not a real bus as you would expect from Hop / On Bus, you are completely limited in the freedom of seat.
If you are a bit more stable, you have bad cards and you can not even go backwards.

But the absolute blast is that you let people wait first and suddenly everything is canceled because of a strike. The buses would only 2 hours later drive again. Have watched the whole now and the alleged canceled buses drive again.

If you have booked your ticket online, you must first ask for your money back by e-mail.

Marseilles, never again. In my view, this organizer is a scammer.

We use it and the truth that greatly facilitates the visit to the most tourist parts of the city, makes stops where you can get off visit and get back to the next bus at the same stop where you got off.

The service of this bus is horrible, it does not stop for people to get off, they left us more than 55 minutes in full sun, while the driver eats. They must have more employees. I do not recommend it.

Bought tickets for 2 days. First day was fine, we used the service to visit the Cathedral. Second day could not get on two buses having waited 1 1/2 hours. We complained to ticket office who said all we could do was email them. No refund. The brochure says 20 minute Intervals but they admitted it was 45 because they had a technical problem with a bus. Not really our problem but no compensation offered.

Hello I took the bus to visit Marseille by stopping at our lady of the guard where I visited 1 hour from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. the bus and pass meaning to stop in front of us while I shout at him and apparently gesture to come back
I was also in family with a baby
I advise you not to take the bus rather with the little train I will and contact the number does not even work

Very disappointed !!! We took 3 tickets for both tours. We had been told that we could get to any stop, surprise at the time of entering, the bus much smaller than the one we expected, is full, a place for three, besides the headphones did not walk on this place !!! ... After several stops we arrive to find seats, we go down to visit the old port at half circuit, thinking the power to finish then, finally we could not get on the bus again ... The explanations were not clear ... Very expensive for what it was !!!!!

The driver did not even bother to stop at the stops during our first ride so we could not get off.
For the rest very incomplete tour of Marseille. The 14 stops, including 3 in the harbor, can not really be called a complete tour. Therefore really no value for the 19 you pay!

What better way to visit an unknown city than to use the colorbuss that will make us visit the places to see and the anecdotes about the city. (Earphones available) and possible stops all along the circuit
On the other hand a little disappointed by the driver of the second line (blue)

The schedules are not indicated on the site. Too bad. The timetables indicated at the stops do not correspond. Difficult with 3 children to set the visiting times. Disappointed, the concept looked good.

No ... Dear for what it is! The blue line is in a very small bus at only one level, so packed! We do not dare to go down for fear of not finding a place. They do not spend every 20 or 30 minutes but rather all 40 ... The 2 places we had in the front on the small bus had no taken to the headphones, and when we finally could listen something you realize that it is sorely lacking in continuous! We thought we could take the bus until 18h but in fact it's the terminus at 18h, so last departure around 17h ... Cheap for a single little tour not very informative

I recommend if your stay is courtyard, and that you do not have a vehicle.
Regular bus, clean. Visit of the main sites to see. Very pleasant
Negative point: its quality not very good on the double floor and especially the last start at 17h ... 19h / 20h would be more appropriate

Keep an eye on the times of the races ... they write until 6 pm and at 5 pm they leave you with an unheard-of rudeness. Price also higher on average and lap on average shorter than the competition in other cities. I strongly advise against it.

Not a great experience. Seems like they can t handle the rush when a cruise ship pulls into port. 30 mins in between pickups and then when they come the bus is full and you have to wait again. Driver asked for 10 people to get back off because there was too many.

Experience to be canceled. We were practically "kidnapped" by the driver who, due to a misunderstanding with a passenger, missed all the stops and didn't want us to get off at the end of the line. Very bad.

There is no point buying the tickets online since you still have to go to the ticket counter to withdraw the tickets: the buses are not equipped with a scan reader. Rather expensive. I suppose it is much cheaper to take the regular lines.

Exactly what is expected of this type of attraction: a visit "from above" Marseille, stops near points of interest, an audio guide that describes what we see. In short, a tourist bus as it should. To do !

We were 6. We took the red line to discover Marseille. We did a complete tour at first. Very good explanations, very good reception.
Then we went down to visit the points explained during our first tour. Time to visit a museum, then advance a little in Marseille, it was too late to take the bus.
At 18h, they finished. It's a shame when there is a large crowd. We had to take the normal buses. Which is expensive.

Queued for an hour for a bus (after queuing 25 mins for a ticket) we kept being told was '5 mins' away and then when we got on, the audio was broken. The red route is totally uninspiring, the best bit is the quick section along the coast then it's just side streets after, we didn't want to get off at Notre Dame as the queues to get back on were ridiculous. Finally we exited at the Les Docks shopping centre, had a drink and then queued for another hour for a bus which only took us back to the port side start area and then stopped, after 30 mins of waiting for it to go again we gave up and left.

I'd say use the panoramic train instead, it always looked empty and regular! Actually we paid the same price for a hire car the next day which was much more fun!
