Great food, terrific staff, wonderful place to eat with family and friends.

Serious Coronavirus concerns. They are not even bothering with social distancing protocols: mask-optional policy for customers AND employees, no 6-feet apart table spacing, and definitely over 50% capacity. We originally went there to Dine-In, but decided against it after seeing their idea of "social distancing". It shows the lack of concern for their workers and customers alike.

A favorite of mine. Creative salads, sandwiches and breakfast. They also have a wide variety of coffee and desserts. Price is affordable and portions are plenty. Great option if some of your party is eating light. And tasty enough it feels like a treat.

Wow!! This place is amazing! The service was great and the staff was friendly! No matter what time you go, this is one of the best places to grab a bite in Mandeville! Don t pass it up!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was clean, smelled great, and had good music. My wife loved her salad, I loved my grilled fish. Hadn't been here in a while, but we'll definitely be back soon.

I go here because all my friends want to go. The food is good, not great. I think 7.95 is high for a cup of soup. I don't like paying $20.00 for a meal I have to stand at a counter to order and then get my own silverware and bread. The help is good and personable.

It was great until my friend found a hair baked into her piece of coconut cake. She got her money back but very little in the way of an apology.

Even though the place was almost totally empty, several tables and all of the booths had dirty plates on them. Rude service as well. When I asked our server for butter for our toast she pointed to a setup across the room and said, " it's over there." We won't be going back.

good for breakfast if you are in this area. If you want explore the 24 mile long bridge and cross the lake, it is a spot to rest and have some good food. GPS might (even google maps) could lead you around. it is in a strip mall. entry to strip mall is from main road.

Seriously. Apple brie bacon fig jam eggs over, all on a toasted croissant. Yes please. Came to get my hair done at salon next door and found this glorious spot. Be back tomorrow.

Located in the Pontchartrain Square Shopping center, Coffee Rani has good food at reasonable prices.

I always thought it was only a coffee shop, but was pleased to learn it has an extensive menu. After trying it last week, I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day and several more times since.

On my first visit, I dined in. I was not a fan of the way the dining area was set up. While there were some booths, many of the tables were set very close together. I dislike restaurants that do that because it makes having private conversations difficult. Some of the tables also were right next to the area where people ordered or waited in line. Sitting there when there was a line would be a tad awkward.

Despite my issues with the dining area, the food has always been very good. The salads are the best I've had on the Northshore. Portions are large enough for a meal, and the ingredients have always been fresh and of high quality.

On my first visit, I stayed in my comfort zone and ordered a club salad. On later visits, I decided to trust their salad making expertise and I ordered the Jamacian Jerk salad. Who would have ever imagined a chicken salad with olives, grapes and apples could be so good? I sure didn't, but it was great. I guess the point that I am trying to make is that, the food here is very good. Even if you aren't sure about the listed ingredients, trust that they know what they're doing.

In closing, go to Coffee Rani and you'll enjoy it. Order to-go, and you'll enjoy it even more.

One of the only reasons I still come home from college is to have lunch/dinner with my family here Have been coming here for years now and the service along with the food is still the best in Louisiana.

To start off, I ordered over the phone and when I got there I stood in front of the sign that said "TOGO pickup" for about 10 minutes before someone helped me even though there were two employees at each register doing nothing. My order was 2 pieces of chocolate cake and one piece of wedding cake. The part I hated most was the portion for the price. the wedding cake costed more than the chocolate cake yet the piece of wedding cake was half the size of the pieces of chocolate cake. It was the most under portioned, overpriced slice of cake you could ever hope for (not).

I never review places...but the Shrimp Rosa Salad I had today was to DIE for!!! I have never had anything here that was not good, but this salad was exceptional!

Sat outside on the patio area on a beautiful spring day. Had to go inside to order but after that it was full service all the way. My sandwich was delicious!!

I hated to change my review. However, while battling mold toxicity I m noticing things that I never noticed before. Look up at all the exposed ductwork in this location. It s condensating all over and growing some nasty looking mold.... come on guys, I love to eat here but no longer can do to mold exposure...

What a great experience. I worked with Taylor at the Mandeville location to order food for my Mom's birthday party. She was so helpful, and patient. I even called an hour before pickup time to add a party size salad to my order, Taylor's words were no problem we can do it, the salad looked and tasted amazing. Everyone at the party raved over how good the food was. I highly recommend Coffee Rani to eat and to use them for catering. Awesome experience!

Coffee Rani was pretty good. The biscuits were light and fluffy and the Cappucino was also pretty good.

Great food, staff, and coffee. My personal favorite is the meatball ciabatta and the potato salad. Blended coffees rival starbucks and pj's.

One of the most over hyped places on the Northshore. The Reuben is nothing more than a soggy grilled cheese and sauerkraut sandwich

Rani isn't just a local institution... it's one of the most pleasant places to visit you'll ever experience. Go there for the food, you won't be disappointed, but don't be surprised if you fall in love the friendliest staff you'll ever want to find.

Just awesome food and service my favorite is the mushroom burger and potato salad.

Wonderful fresh and creative menu never disappoints. It s one of our favorites for dine in or carry out, any meal of the day. I remember a few years back when I came in with a friend, and she inquired about a sauce because she has food allergies... They offered to ask the kitchen how her allergy could be accommodated so she could order the dish, and instead of just omitting, the chef suggested a creative substitution he whipped up on the fly for her. I m always impressed with the way they go above and beyond. It s like 5 star service and skill, in a cafe.

Love their salads but I can see that they are not the same like when they first opened.

One of my favorite places to grab a great salad. Today I tried the Magazine Salad. Of course, it didn t disappoint!

Few months ago, a friend of mine brought me here ( right next to K mart in mandeville) and we had a great lunch, also got military discount on my meal. I kept going back to this restaurant and told my military friends about their military discount and all. But they changed their mind left and right saying if you are not in uniform, we are not going to give you the military discount even though we show them our government ID. So one day they feel like thanking the military and the other day they don't? Just remove the whole thing saying " we do not do military discount." Instead.

I have eaten here a few times and it is always delicious. Breakfast, coffee, lunch, and desserts have all been a great experience. One of my favorite places. Tuscan herb crusted salmon is my favorite special.

I can always count on eating here, (gluten free) have a nice meal, and leave feeling well

I really appreciate the Mandeville stores attention to quality, interesting menu choices and the entire staffs pleasant enthusiasm about the food they are serving.
Today I had the blackened redfish sandwich with chips to go, it was delicious.

I like this place for lunch. There is an upbeat vibe about the place. There are a lot of salads plus the usual lunch fare. They have great ice tea of all descriptions (mango green, etc.). Some great sandwiches, too. Ham and brie sandwich is very good.

Coffee was good. Salad was disappointing. Twice as much red cabbage and carrots as lettuce. About mid way thru I was having trouble finding any lettuce.

Serious concerns relating to Louisiana requirements phase 2.No social distancing practices in a very full dining room with mask optional policy. Kitchen employees not wearing gloves or masks

Lunch was wonderful. Had the Rani Burger. Ate it all!!!! Great service. Very good tea!

Great breakfast selection. You can't go wrong with the Big Egg Sandwich or the Sunrise Quesadilla
