Amazing place to visit it you get the chance. Afternoon tea here was fantastic; the atmosphere was luxurious, the service was impeccable and the food was great

Had an amazing afternoon tea experience here! We got the champagne Chelsea flower show afternoon tea! Exactly what you would imagine in terms of impressiveness. There was a live string band there, and when they took pause the atmosphere was still great!
Our tea master gave us all the information to have an amazing tea. What seemed to be an unlimited supply of sandwiches, cakes, desserts, tea - it was worth every penny.
We spent about 3 hours enjoying it!

Don't breastfeed you baby, or else you will be treated like a criminal.

An amazing stay for my wife's birthday. Everyone could not have done any more. The rooms are a good size. Shower is amazing, like being under a waterfall. We stayed and had breakfast in the main room. Was fantastic. From the doormen to the cleaners everyone was great.

Good beds,good breakfast, good location. But for5* i give it @ 4

Attended birthday cocktail party.
What a gorgeous place. I could live in the Ladies.
The canapes are a thousand times better than the ones provided at the House of Commons the previous night.
Staff lovely. Champagne gorgeous.

Amazing location. Great sandwiches, scones and tea. Cakes were disappointing.

Not much to see in the main lobby for the visitors. Sure the clients staying there have outstanding experience.

Came in through the back door, left via the front door. No one knew. Felt like a king.

Go to the bar. Get the Cucumbagne cocktail. Delicious

"The Fumier" is a beautifully preserved 1920's little gem inside the Claridge's hotel.
The service was excellent and the cocktails were good, although not brilliant. The Old Fashioned was a bit stronger than it should, but definetly it deserves the visit for its authentic and unique atmosphere.

Great historic London hotel. They paid the others so they were great !!

We went to the restaurant and bar of this hotel one evening. Both are very beautiful and cared for down to the last detail. Then, under the Christmas season, it deserves even more!
We tasted some very good special cocktails. They cost a little, but it's worth it!
The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very kind!

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Claridge's on two occasions (Jan / 2011 and Dec / Jan / 2012) and I hope that on so many other visits to London this will be my home!

Very beautiful hotel and the best place for leisure.

Went for afternoon tea and had a lovely time. The ambiance was luxurious and the food delicious. The staff were attentive and kind. Overall one of the better tea experiences I've had in London.

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea and service! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the gentleman who served us (he was from Budapest) but I wanted to thank him for making my mum's visit to London even more special. Service was exceptional and even the gluten free tea looked just as fabulous as the "normal" one. I'm so glad I finally made it after waiting for so long to get a space!

I have been to much better places, like The Dorchester Hotel which is 5star

Attended the press conference for a Spielberg movie there last month. I was amazed by the customer service and the environment if the hotel. The interiors are a work of art and the staff is very polite and helpful. Wish i would afford to go there nore often. An experience to remember.

It's always so pleasant to go to Claridges, but they were off there game this morning. No table cloth, no real service. Disappointing.

Amazing food and great service! The private room was a little on the warm side but they obtained a fan for us as the aircon was as its full potential. Also we received a private live tour of the kitchen before our meal! Great experience!

I have read others reviews about the ambience and service and they are absolutely correct! The setting is gorgeous and the servers couldn t be any kinder. From the manager to the servers to the hostess to security and doormen they were remarkable! The food, not even mentioning cost, is not very good. The steak was not special and the mashed potatoes did not leave any impressions.
