I come here regularly, but it was probably the last time today. I made a reservation for today at 2 pm, when I arrived, she was a young lady who did not bother to come and talk, she preferred to sit at the table (from where I could not see her). I went in to see what it was about, she told me calmly that * they didn't open today *. I think I could have been notified, not to come through the snow in vain. Respect for customers is equal to 0 Sin.

Nice and cozy place. Kind help and good food. O e of the best burgers I had. Try the red hot burger with spicy pepper jam .

All good and tasty until ..... until I got home. The boy and his wife didn't even touch the burgers, so raw was the meat inside. It wouldn't have been a problem if I hadn't specified that they were WELL done. It's not the first time I've suffered. I'm still wondering if I'll order from Circus again. It never crossed my mind to take a picture.

I ate a classic burger and it was really good! A place with a pleasant atmosphere, fast service and very nice people. And prices are more than adequate. Multulesc! I will definitely come back!

Now I serve a classic burger, I can say like others that they are the best burgers in Bucharest, good potatoes, house wine by the glass, garlic sauce and cabbage salad with mayonnaise as well, pleasant atmosphere, I recommend 100%. One girl at 7 tables, if they are all busy, is arched enough, I read the negative reviews before and I came for food, I wouldn't have been too interested in the other details, you don't have to look for a knot in the rush but I felt very good and i will be back. The mask and gloves worn gives you a little safety and comfort.

I ate once in the circus, the food was good, but I had the order. Today I waited for the meal more than 50 minutes after, but the food appeared just after I had already requested the note. I hope it's just a chance.

The food is very good, but the quality of services has become very poor: drinks served in plastic cups (the cheapest possible), disposable wooden cutlery (you can barely eat with them) and non-compliance with the booking time on the spot I was told 1ora).

The burgers are very good, but the attitude of the staff and the collaboration of the restaurant with the delivery applications leave much to be desired.

L. E. I did not get very explicit as I was writing on the phone. Because I see the patron, (I hope he answered), he is just as "friendly" as his employees are going to get into the details.
In general, every client wants his "money", not to "do what he wants", you can meet your regular customers, but be served with food, sitting at a table, and preferably quickly and well. Your locality has a serious staff problem, and after your response and attitude.
I do not come here in the polemic "the customer is always right" because it may not be entirely real, but I think you should also keep in mind the customers' opinion not only of the employees, we were 5 adults and 6 children and not just nervous when we were sitting at a table at your place.
I asked (I say) something quite normal, namely, that I was 11, trying to find 2 tables (which is also possible, since there were free meals) and I explained very clearly that it is ok even if I am separate even if they are one inside and one out and put the children at a table and we will sit at the other and eat all.
It was explained to us by your waitress that "it can NOT take 2 tables" ... I know they were children, but they also MANANCA, in case you may not know.
Anyway, do not worry, I'll never cry to you anymore, after this wonderful adventure and after the "polite" recommendation posted in response.
And as I have a couple of friends who until now have "liked" you on Facebook, I would warmly advise them to avoid you in the future, no matter how good the burger is.

Didnt work for me went in with a friend and he got soggy fries and a raw burger

Good food (pizza, we didn't have anything else), good beer selection. Had a bit of trouble convincing the staff that we were needing 2 tables united for accommodating 7 to 8 people.

It's one of my favourite pubs. Really cozy and friendly. The burgers & pizza are delicious

Given the current conditions, it can be served on the terrace or you can take it home with you.
Yesterday, 13.03.2021 it was quite cool in Bucharest. I stopped with two other people to eat something with them. Like I said pretty cool outside. We sat down at a table on the terrace, ordered something to drink while waiting for food. It lasted about 25-30 minutes, during which time we all shivered seriously, looking out the window at the 2 terrace heaters, which were fine thanks to the bar in the heat. They didn't even offer us blankets.
I think a little more care for your customers wouldn't hurt!

The only restaurant that complies with safety regulations during the pandemic. Excellent services!

Very good food at a low price, but the staff leaves it to be desired. I waited a long time to take our initial order, then wanted to take someone's plate in front even though the person had not finished eating, I asked for a menu that he forgot to bring, so we had to ask again.

Used to be better burger joint. The staff isn't that careful when preparing/bringing the orders. You can get burnt/oversalty/cold orders.

The pub does not look so good but the food ia very good!

As usual, the thing they are famous for - burgers - are so damn good. We also had a pizza, in order to try new stuff, and that was also very good.

A discreet location near the Circus Park. The prices are a bit high, but Harghita beer is worth a try.

It was ok, but one day they decided not to leave us with I-QOS, given that in all pubs we smoked IQOS without problems. They even brought me a special ashtray. So..bye bye Circux Pub

Low prices (23-25 burger), but burgers are pretty small.

The burgeries are very good at decent prices. One of the serving girls tends to be a bit bossy, you have the impression that it makes you a personal favor if you ask her for a detail in the menu.

We tried to have dinner with family on a Tue evening.As the terrace was full we tried inside where there was just one table occupied. We asked for a table for 5 people and received a small table which is supposed to be for 4 with an additional chair. It's difficult to have 4 plates on that table, imagine 5 and 3 kids around! we asked nicely if we could get another table to have a decent place to eat and the answer came straight :no, company's policy does not allowed. We asked to talk to the manager, really bad attitude, if we take 2 tables it means we occupy 8 places and we are 5 only! Really? What about the 4places table occupied by 2 persons? do they pay for 4? Anyway, though the burgers are decent the attitude of the stuff and of the manager is really bad and will not go there ever again. It's important you are treated with respect and not as being done a favor on your money

Very tasty. Potatoes are a little sad, but if you want burgers, it's a place you have to try
