It looks like hell , it looks like a fashion institution, like a high school in the diaspora, too horror to hear about the premier university in Ghana. Now I know that until a white man gets to Africa, he wouldn't believe that Africans do not live on trees . No amount of words can describe it's comfortability, discipline, it's first class attitude and it's machineries to suit everyone.

The premier university in Ghana. Excellent academic and research environment with superb student support services.

It was my heart desire but was weak at attaining it.....will do possible best to experience it.....;)

I think University of Ghana should be rated above 4.4 star

It is the best University in Ghana which has all the superb facilities for teaching and learning. It's considered be the leader in research throughout West Africa.

Totally a great place to study! Enjoyed every day,qhether studying(gets messy sometimes) or having fun! Great atmosphere, great people!

Went from Obafemi Awolowo University Ife (Nigeria) to University of Ghana, Legon for an excursion. I would have love to school there if I knew about the institution earlier. But of course I studied in OAU which is Africa's most beautiful campus. But UG is a good place to be, the hostel is the best I've ever been to in Africa. The food is so sumptuous and palatable. And for guys, the sight of most Ghanaian girls will make you want to stay.

The centre of education. A community on its own. It has clinic, hospital, research centre, library and ict centre. It has contributed significantly to Ghana's education and development.

I just love the serenity of the environment! The natural fauna and the fact that... it's not a difficult place to find! It's just awesome!

This is Ghanaians premier University,it's one of the first Colleges that was built by our first President of Ghana,it has developed a lot of people which am part of them,now they can bost of modern research center and a stat of the art Hospital.

I ve not been there but from the pictures and recommendations it looks nice but I m having problems with my application i paid for the form and everything but I m not getting mails or anything from the university to keep me updated the website is poor I really not feed back on what s going on with my admission

Perhaps it is the foremost public institution Ghana. It has for past decades earn a good name for itself so it is very likely and common to hear a Ghanaian child answer "Legon/ University of Ghana" if asked of what Public University College he/she will like to attend in future. The place where the school is instituted is one of the most valued and expensive places in Accra, Ghana.

Beautiful architecture with a serene green environment. If for nothing else, just enjoy University of Ghana for those things!
