THIS PLACE IS SO WONDERFUL, I WISH I COULDVE EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS AS A KID. ME AND THE KIDS ENJOY OURSELVES
Great place to take the kids and have a family day. I'm usually the biggest kid out of them all
Incredible place, children have fun and learn a lot ..... And parents too. You have to arrive early (10 am) to take advantage of the day. They are 3 floors with different things or themes to do
We ve been to many children s museums in my lifetime and I have to say this is one of the very best. There is so much space where it doesn t feel crowded and the kids could run around and have a blast. You can pay for admission and come back throughout the day.
Loved, loved, loved it! Every part of it, every employee. We all had a great time!
First time there ,there's a lot to do for everyone, from toddlers to adults very well organized, n time flys when having fun
So much fun watching my toddler run and play and learn!
Had an amazing amount of fun here with a six year old!! We spent a little over two hours and it completely flew by with all the varied stuff to do. Highlights were the light up kinetic sandbox, building speedy cars to get over obstacles, exploding your lego creations, and the fantastic play floor with a cafe, bank, grocery store, and hospital for kids to work at. Well worth the money - I wish we could ve spent an entire day here!
This place was amazing. The kids loved it. 3 floors of pure fun. Definitely a great place to take the kids to run around and learn and explore.
Very nice children's museum. A large interactive summit in the building where kids can climb and play. The hardest part for parents is to keep up with the kids since they won't allow kids to play by them selves in here.
Surprisingly they charge adults the same as kids. That makes it an expensive thing to do with the whole family.
Really fun place to take the kids. It was a bit pricey especially when you consider that if you really want to do some com stuff live 3D printing you have to pay extra anyways for that.
Fun place to beat the heat with the little ones - plenty of projects and things to do.
Very fun place. Prices kind of suck since they make you pay for toddlers at full price. So family of 4 you'll be paying $50 to get in. They also close at 4. Wish they stayed open longer like 6. Other then that bring your family and have blast. There is so much to do we didn't see all of it but still had a lot of fun.
Great time for the family and great prices in the gift shop. Spendig over 3 hours there and learned things with the kids.
This is a great place for kids! I recommend this place
It's ok
They kids have fun
Definitely Overpriced
Great place for kids to learn all kinds of new things. Lots of activities for the kids to use there imagination and have fun.
Wide variety of activities for the kids. Friendly helpful staff. Unlike the children's museum at home in Portland this one lacked anywhere to buy proper food for my kids which I find quite important. They are less fussy when well fed. Multiple floors was also a bit frustrating, though they made the best of it considering location and layout. Nothing really was very Nevada about it either... But still educational and something for the kids to enjoy before our flight home in the afternoon.
Didn't mean to hit 3 stars. This children's museum was an amazing experience for kids and myself. Kids would absolutely love this museum.
Best place for kids to learn by playing and having fun
My children had a blast and so did I. Will be back soon.
You get to do so much with your family for so cheap
Disappointed. Its geared towards older kids IMO. Took out 2 yr old there and the only thing they had really that was fun for that age is the water area. The art areas on nearly every floor were trashed and there wasnt stuff out for them to do any of it. It was all used and never restocked
What an awesome place for kids. Even I, as a grown adult, had such a blast!
Our 2 year old wouldn't leave WaterWorld. We had so much fun and even learned stuff ourselves.
One of my kids favorite day trips. Lots of learning activities.
Great place to take the kids and have fun. Interactive and engaging. The memberships are 100% worth the cost!
Took my kids to a birthday party here, they had a blast there was so much to do and see, you can never be board.. You'll love it
My child said to give it 100 stars but i guess 5 will have to do. Tons of fun! clean! helpful workers! Thank you!
Great place to spend a few hours with the kids. Lots to do and learn.
My daughter loved it. Lol we have to go back. She didn't want to leave.
Its more for little little kids and the top floor is more for 10 year olds
A great place to take your kids for fun and learning. You can spend a couple of hours interacting with the exhibits.
Went to book birthday party for grandson and was impressed! Clean, well organized and fun for kids of all ages...including adults! Looking forward to the party
Kids had
A blast and Didn't want to leave not adult friendly but kids love it!!!!!
My kids (1 - 7) loved the Museum. We spent almost 4 hours inside enjoying the different stations. The water tables were a favorite with all three kids and the 3rd floor job sections were also a family favorite!
Not the old school one.....much much more and clean. Had a great time.
I think this is the best children's museum. This place is amazing.
Great place to take kids for a fun day where they just may learn something.
Awesome place for kids... Way better than it used to be. Michael is awesome with the interns and volunteers!
Very nice children's entertainment. None stop play.
if you're in the Fremont Street area of Vegas certainly worth the time to check out Discovery Children's Museum wonderful Explorations Adventures for kids of all ages
My kids love this place but I wish they had a cheaper price for my 2 year old
This museum is awesome! Great place for the kids, lots and lots of fun activities and hands-on workshops to get creative and learn at the same time! 3 stories of fun, can stay there all day! My daughter really likes the water room! Highly recommend it!
This is a great place to take your kids if you go to Las Vegas. It has different stations where your kids can have fun. CONS: with the situation we re facing (COVID-19), there are some attractions closed. I think is the one that the kids like the most. This is to avoid the crowd. So, if your kid likes climbing, slides, etc. I suggest to call before you go, to check if is open. When we went, it was closed and my little one was sad.
Me and my wife took the kids here to kick off their birthday weekend. And it was a blast. The kids absolutely loved it. Everything from arts and craft to kid versions of adult careers. Working at smiths, working at the bank, in a car repair shop, at the airport, in a childrens hospital taking care of babies, the list goes on. They even had a kids model of the raiders stadium. They allowed them to put on goggles and hard hats and build the stadium. They also have multiple exhibits. The kids will love it. I took lots of pictures so you can go through them to get a better look at the whole thing. Oh wait... The have a 7 story play area. And with each floor they have science exhibits from flight simulator to kinetic sand. (Which feels weird lol) take a look at the pictures. Hope this helps someone with any answers they may have. Wait ok this is the last thing. Parking is free. See ya!!!
The kids had a blast here! It was such a great experience with so much for them to do that my sister and niece have already gone back again a couple of weeks later. They have air filters setup on every floor which is fabulous when a virus is AIRBORNE :). The staff was friendly, we loved it.
Really good children's museum. You can plan on being here a few hours if you take your time and let your child play/interact with all the different stations. One of my daughters favorite stations is the water play area where they give kids rain jackets so they stay dry and play with water. There is even a section in this area that acts like the Panama canal.
The space is well thought out and interactive for all ages. The middle of the musuem is a play climbing area that goes up several stories and you can view all of Vegas from the top. Awesome place, we will be back!
Worth every full price dollar! All day play, with even more to do! Ages 1-12 and adults in our party had a blast!
Amazing children's museum! We spent about 4 hours and the kids still wanted more time!
Children and adults do not understand the price of admission ticket but ... It seems to be a good place for children to play for 2-3 hours.
We drove in from Calif for our granddaughter's birthday. What a great time
Kids all ages. Will enjoy if they like science. Or very interactive.
Wonderful place where children can spend hours playing and learning all at the same time!
Wow, had fun. The kids loved it and the staff was super nice.
It's a direct experience, so it's a place that children love.
We had my daughter birthday party at this place and was awesome. Instead of bringing the kids to a place that they don t learn anything we decided the museum and on the package they have activities, cake ice cream and the staff help me. It was the best.
My kids enjoy this place. I even have fun with all the activities here.
This place is wonderful. I have read some of the other reviews and I have to say the negative ones I disagree with. People who are complaining about the price, $14.50 a person, even small children....for the amount of activities that they offer it is well worth the price. My husband, 4 year old and myself were there almost 5 hours! The ones complaining about there children being too old and they didn't have fun, I agree. This place is not meant for children who are older. 4-6 years old is probably the age range that you should bring your children here. The older children in my experience just got in the way and took away from the experience for the younger children.
There are 3 floors of just pure fun. The first floor has a water world that my daughter insisted we go to twice before we left. A room with a castle and pirate ship. A stage where she dressed up as a princess and put on a show & even made and put on a puppet show. a toddler room where she painted and got to watch a science experiment. I am not a nursing mother but was super impressed that they had a nursing station for mothers who are.
To get from floor to floor there is a huge tower in the middle that has learning activities all the way up with slides and ladders.
The second floor has a nutrition station where they teach you how to eat healthy and exercise then on the other side its all about jobs and earning money. We spent the most time on this floor. My daughter was a cashier at Smiths, a construction worker, a mechanic, a Doctor at Sunrise children's hospital, a juice maker for jamba juice and even a banker for Wells Fargo....and every job she completed she got a paycheck. It was super cute.
The third floor she got to build a car and race it down a track and then a parachute and have it shoot up in the air. Then there was an entire art station where she painted & colored and got to look at items up close and then dig up fossils and learn about bones.
We did all this for $44! The next time we go - because we will be going back! We are going to get the annual membership, it is defiantly worth the money. AND my daughter even asked me if we could have her birthday party there.
Thank you Discovery museum we had a blast and got over 100 pictures of memories out of it!
Ummm merry merry happy birthday hope ya had fun today thank you!!!
Lots and lots of fun. My 2 year old to ran through that whole place. Soooo much to do. I'm exhausted. Lol.
Great place to spend about 2 to 4 hours with the kids lots of fun things to do, but mainly for about the five and older group of kids they do have a small area for toddlers but I personally feel its not worth it for that age group.
My kid loved it there specially the interactive display
My Son And His Friend Enjoyed The Time We Spent Here Especially The Water Part And The Arts And Crafts Area On The 3rd Floor.
Excellent, incredible opportunity for kids to expand their horizon.
Such great exhibits and they are constantly cleaning. It's great to have this as an option right now.
it's very educational for kids, you get to spend the whole day in there. I suggest you to take something to eat, they have chairs and tables and also they have some vending machines. Also, if you have little kids make sure you take another change of clothes since they get to play with water. I love it!
Awesome place to go with your kids. Fun and your kids learn.
Too many of the things were closed to charge full price they should have discounted for what little they had available I'd have to rethink about going back I was there an hour and that was pushing it to try to get my money's worth for my grandson
