Lovely environment, standard rooms and big conference hall.

Looking at the general hotel there was some Vision when it initially started however they have Very poor services.Staff are rude ,w poor attitude and nonchalant in their dealingsand will require regular professional trainings The rooms need major makeover with tiles that are worn out , halls need to be renovated..

Need improvement in all aspects its a huge facility it could much better if care is taken

Very clean and tidy hotel with a class, they have one of the best cooks in the country with unique dishes ranging from local to international, no wonder all the Chinese people visiting Kano state are recommended to stay at Grand Central hotel, because they get what they want

This one of the best shopping mall in town and is located in a very good area

This is a five star standard hotel located at the heart of Kano city and is one of the first generation hotels built to serve state's interest and the boosting economic activities in Northern Nigeria of the past.
Now, fully privatized and renovated, its a true evidence of what a good management could achieve. Well furnished, spacious and ventilated rooms, very neat and serene environment and good and supportive staff members. Restaurant and laundry also add to the many menu of its services.

It's really grand now when you compared to before and the service is swift and and it's more clean than before

Old structure revamped. Breakfast was miserly. Used plastic plates to serve. Rooms good and comfortable. Liked the old ambience.
