Amazing doctor. He really cares and gets to the underlying cause. Very gentle kind and patient,( having been to Pamf Bay ave with Dr Ansari who was rude and and in a hurry, )I will stay with Dr Morse from now on. He is always booked so far ahead ,but now I know why. Worth the wait. If its urgent though or serious he will make an effort with his staff to see you sooner, which i really think is marvellous.

I saw Dr Morse at my Monday appt & shared with him that I really don't sleep with the CPAP which was defeating its purpose & Medicare was not covering my supplies monthly, which I cannot afford out of my pocket. A solution was reached.

I saw Dr Morse at my appointment, who suggested I get fitted with a new mask that actually works for my nose & face's small size. Hopefully, this change will get me the full night's sleep I crave. The staff was extremely helpful making the appointments I needed and making sure I was taken care of.

I appreciate Doctor Morse visit but have been frustrated with how long it has taken me to get my CPAP machine. There have been numerous issues including inconsistent service by staff, miscommunications and now I have no usable CPAP machine and have not been sleeping well. I have no idea when I will get my CPAP machine. Soon it will be almost two months I have worked on this issue. Some of the issues relates to the insurance company requirements but there have been problems with this office, as well. Overall I have to give a lukewarm review.

Dr Morse carefully reviewed all of the information I had provided to him. He clarified certain items appropriately. He then explained what he thought were the issues affecting my sleep, and gave me some options to improve it. Dr Morse was quite kind and patient. The staff was also very helpful & friendly.

Dr Helena Norris is friendly and interested in sharing my results with me. She is analytical & understands the equipment & the settings changes that are needed to deliver the comfort results I wanted. She gives good explanations & is honest about the limitations of the equipment's monitoring. She's an excellent resource.

I am an RN. Dr Masri is one of of my favorite physicians in my 40+ years of living and working in Santa Cruz, in part because he is extraordinarily empathetic. Kind, respectful, very knowledgeable, he has never failed to ask about my other medical issues. He has never appeared distracted or in a hurry. Not only a good listener, he answers all my questions in a clear, patient manner. In addition to being a Sleep Disorder MD, Dr Masri is a board certified Neurologist from Stanford. In my experience, his education and work experience as a Neurologist there there has enhanced my care. After trying other modalities, he referred me to an excellent series of classes on how to improve sleep. The series is based on protocols from Stanford and was taught by a friendly, empathetic Nurse Practitioner, Martha Stewart. Ten stars for both.

Technician for the mask fitting was patronizing and rude. She decided that since the office had the door locked at 7:40 even though my appointment was scheduled at 7:30 she was going to tell me I was late, therefore she had to make my appointment fast. Incorrectly put a mask on me, and so I don t actually have any idea what the mask should feel like. Didn t attach the mask correctly so the air was rushing out of the mask from a gap. I had two choices for masks and one of which was the one that apparently can t be fitted to me. Also, since the mask had velcro and she couldn t put it on right, I got bits of my hair ripped out.

The ease of connecting to the video meeting was amazing. I have had other video meetings with doctors and it seems like their was always a glitz. Dr.Morse office sent an email ahead of time with a You Tube Video that gave the instructions on how to connect with the video meeting.

Doctor Masri is smart, informative and has a wonderful patient manner. He knows his stuff about sleep apnea. I've been seeing him for 5 years and after the first 2 years, good news is it's all maintenance. Office staff is efficient and professional. They laugh and are engaging when one is funny and interested, otherwise they do a great job of getting you in and taken care of.

SHMD management does not care about its employees ...

SHMD management does not care about its employees or patients. The main goal of the company is to benefit financially at all cost. The physicians are business individuals who have made it their mission to make the most out of every patient they can. The CEO is very incompetent and lacks any leadership qualities. Employees are often replaced every month due to high turnover ratio. This is an example of a company that strive to financially gain of the back of its employees and patients. It s sad to see companies like this are in the healthcare business.

Very happy with Dr. Masri at Sleep Health MD. I was originally diagnosed and received care from PAMF and my supplies from another provider but did not receive the quality of care there that I am getting with Dr. Masri and his staff. They are all very helpful, nice and knowledgeable.

Saw Helena for my regular check up. She was pleasant and knows how to read and evaluate the electronic feedback from the CPAP. I wish the CPAP were a full answer to my fatigue. It's not. That has no reflection on Helena, of course.

Dr. Norris asked me lots of questions and came up with a plan for me which is cognitive behavioral therapy for my insomnia. This involves taking a class with others once a week for four weeks. I'm excited and looking forward to it!

It has been a few years since I have been in to see Dr. Maseri. He was attentive and patient with me to bring him up to date with my health. He also was knowledgeable and helpful with a game plan to help me with my issues, ensuring my new insurance would cover my supplies.
Thank you Dr. Maseri for showing such care and concern.

I'm 70. In my entire life I've never had an interaction with medical professionals that improved my life as much as my work with Sleep Health MD. Absolutely everyone -- from the overnight technologists to the office staff to the medical personnel -- treated me kindly and professionally. And it seems that my 35-year battle to achieve restful sleep may have been won. I was reluctant to be "tethered" to a CPAP machine. If you're feeling the same way, I will speak from personal experience that it's nothing compared to the irritability and loss of mental function and quality of life caused by sleep apnea and insomnia. After just one month, my blood pressure is normal, my heart palpitations have ceased, and my circulation has improved (I no longer have to wear 3 pairs of socks in cold weather). I feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to the kind folks at Sleep Health MD.

My on-line phone visit with Dr. Morse went very well. He gave me a lot of information as well as answered all questions that I had. It was a quick, efficient, yet very friendly, phone visit. Within 3 hours after our on line meeting a staff member called to schedule an in house appointment. Dr. Morse had already referred me over for COVID testing, which is required, before my in house appointment. Great customer service! I would highly recommend Dr. Morse.

Dr. Morse and his staff were very courteous and professional. Dr Morse took his time with me as he looked over the questionnaire I filled out ahead of time. He explained the sleep study process and why it so important for individuals with sleeping concerns to be monitored so results could evaluated. -Marianne Stevens

I felt safe, heard, attended to, validated. My needs were met entirely with little or no waiting time. In addition to my personal care, C-Pap machine technicians are on-hand to help. The doctor was genuinely interested in my condition and offered support and suggestions, as usual. The staff is always pleasant, efficient, and available. Check-in process is quick, complete and welcoming.
I left feeling glad and grateful that I kept my appointment.

As usual, I was in and out quickly, but without any sense of being rushed. Dr. Morse listened carefully to my update on my restless leg syndrome and prescribed a new treatment, which he says will almost certainly get it under control. Given his excellent track record regarding past treatments, I left the office feeling quite hopeful. This is medicine as it should be practiced.
