The Cathedral of San Isidro is an iconic building ...

The Cathedral of San Isidro is an iconic building in the North Zone and one of the most beautiful in Buenos Aires. Founded in 1708, at the beginning it was still a ranch with adobe that was improved over time. It was demolished and the basal stone of the new and current building was placed in 1895. Gothic style, its highest needle measures 70mts and houses a four-sided clock (which works perfectly) and six large bells, four of which replicate exclusively in the most important events.
Although he spent 100 years in constant maintenance, in 2002 he began a titanic restoration tatea whose goal was to bring it to its original state, which finally was achieved after 5 years of meticulous and expensive tateas.
The Cathedral of San Isidro is today a magnet for the faithful, tourists and the pride of the entire Party.
