Worst seat! Not for one time, most of the time, I've got problematic seats and the same issues happened many times with my friends

It is too old and worn out place now. Needs renovation and better air circulating systems. Having strong competition with at-home Netflix and Prime, they need a huge reform and update.

This place is at very good location. There are shops like brand factory, bigbazzar good for shopping. Parking facilities is good. Nice calm place

Highly advise people not to visit this theatre in its current state. It's under renovation which leads to a terrible watching experience. Noises of drilling and hammering can be heard inside the hall during the film, even after complaining, it resumed after the interval. The film was also shown in the wrong aspect ratio for almost half the runtime. Shame on PVR for trying to run the theatre in this unfinished state. I'll have to re-watch the film elsewhere for all the scenes I missed when chasing someone down for the noise and aspect ratio issues.

Awesome theatre with great screen and better viewing angle

Best cinema experience. Good place you can find subway also in the mall. In PVR there is Cafe Coffee Day and Chocolate Room etc.which you can enjoy during the movie.

Once my favourite now it is filthy and dirty

I recently went to watch the movie Hellaro. While the movie is awesome. The only bad experience throughout the movie was screen number 2 at PVR Acropolis Ahmedabad where the seats were dirty and hall full of fungus.
Why there is no check on hygiene of seats and carpets which are so dirty.
The authorities will get away with excuse of renovation.

It is sad that now Pop Corn costs more then the movie

The bathrooms are stinky and dirty almost everytime i go there. The security guys take centuries to keep ur bag so be sure that u will miss your first 10mins of movie if u come last moment from work. Security ppl also have big time attitude problems, they speak to u as if u are a prisoner entering jail or as if u have a criminal record or something.
Im ok with food stalls in cinema being expensive, but giving bad food in the same price? Bye:) never try that waffle and hot dog wala stall. Tasteless food, fxxking high price, hardly keeps half of the menu in stock and the staff speaks super duper rude. Said its gna take time and they dont deliver at seats (so why are u here in a cinema? Open a food truck no?). No problem. We can wait cos its the beginning of the interval. Now when we ready to pay they dont have a card option. So we have tried with the same stall but different staff and other stalls like in case card machine doesnt work the main counter does it and they will give them back the credits. The guy refused in full attitude like this is the rule we never used to do this(liar). We spoke to main counter ppl, they said theres no problem they can do it and he went to speak to the waffle guy and they both start arguing . Never going back to the stall again. Pizza counter is nice tho. High price but good tasty pizzas. Others are just maintaining their brand standard which was anyways not so good in their other branches.
Ok talk abt picture quality. 3D quality is ok types. Not as good and clear as Cinepolis. But sth i wud want to mention, once in between the movie the video stopped playing. Everyone was super pissed and boo-ing becos the movie was at climax. It was really mood-killing. This is one biggest reason why i generally prefer going to cinepolis than PVR and only goes PVR when the show is not available at Cinepolis. Too sad ppl are earning so they dont prefer improving their service and movie quality.

Decent sound and screen size, place starts showing its wear and tear, management needs to start maintaining it to keep its cinema standard above then others or else soon this will become a zombie zone too

Best theatre in Ahmedabad ,good seating ,good sound , ambience, but biggest disappointment 1 hour continue advertisement sometimes so if you in movie length 2.30 hour than u need to suffer 3.30 hours

PVR is always awesome (& expensive), now it got the new 4DX

Movie was supposed to start at 4.00 in 4dx .. its 4.15 and just watching senseless advertising no idea when the movie is going to start... need to improve this is not a good waste of time and money..

Though the complex houses a very nice multiplex rest of the mall is very dull

Quite good theater the only thing which I don't like personally is it's seats. It's not as comfortable as they are charging the tickets.

Movie started half an hour after the scheduled time. No air-conditioning in the waiting area. Felt suffocating and humiliating, as if we had come there to watch a movie on a ticket given to us in a charity
